I'm 5'9 about 185-190 around 12%bf
I have 180 caps of endura shred 10mg ostarine and 7mg cardarine each
and 100 caps of m1t by bodyconsious at 7.5mg each
I'm really trying to recomp/cut and I need help with my dosing scheme. This is gunna be my last cycle for probably 10-12 months hence why I'm using a strong compound like m1t
My current dosing scheme is
Days 1-25 15mg m1t 20mg ostarine 14mg cardarine
Day 26-65 20mg ostarine 14mg cardarine
Day 66-90 15mg m1t 20mg ostarine 14mg cardarine
And because I am going for a cut/recomp effect.
For the days I am on m1t I will be eating cleanly at around a 500 surplus and for the days I'm only on endurashred I will keep my calories at maintenance or slightly under (200 deficit)
High protein/medium-high carbs/low fat
And I will also be doing cardio 4-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes.
Lifting program will be hypertrophy based.
I'm really trying to just get down to 8% bf while not losing all of my size. And I think this is definetely attainable with this cycle.
So in all I'm looking to drop 3-4% bf and gain maybe 5-10 pounds if possible.
Pct will be normal clom + nolva
Support will be liv 52 and cycle support
Any advice on the dosing scheme or how to go about my calories while on is well appreciated thanks in advance
