Permanent upregulation?

Its known that the early use of anabolics can cause permanent suppression of the HPTA to some degree. Following this logic, does anyone have any evidence to believe that the use of AIs or something like Clomiphene during puberty or early 20s could result in a permanent upregulation of the HPTA?

It won't.

Generally AI/serm aren't going to increase your free test much above normal. If you think about it for a second you should be able to figure out why.

Yeah I did not mean a 300% increase...not trying to achieve permanent steroids. Im just asking if anyone has any reason to believe that the small increase could be permanent. Say a guy who was supposed to level out at 700ng/dl could bump up to 1000ng/dl (just shooting a random number) through the use of say Exemestane and or clomiphene. Could he stay at 1000ng/dl for a long period of time instead of returning to 700ng/dl?

No. You won't really get any increase over normal over a few days. As soon as you increase test your hpta will adjust by making less gnrh.
