Hit legs today strength was insane! 3 sets squats 285X5, 305X5, 315X5 last week struggled at 275X5 leg ext. 2 sets 260X10 both sets the machine doesnt go up any more weight lol. Stiff leg deads 275X 8,8,6

For all of those that are just now joining this thread im going to shed light as to what has happened the past 4 weeks. I am currently running 500mg Test E i will be running 12 weeks at 500mg a week. I used superdrol to kickstart this cycle and ran it at 20/20/30/30 i am about to wrap up the 4th week so this will be the last week for superdrol. My beginning weight was 156 lbs and pics can be found on the first page! My current weight is 188 lbs so up 32 lbs im am still running cycle assist cissus fish oil animal pak protein etc. I have been eating 4000 calories on workout days and 3500 calories on off days my macros for lifting days is 350g protein/400g carb/ 88g fat. On rest days my macros are 400g protein/ 120g carb/ 150g fat. My overall goal is a good bulk i have already grown alot and am enjoying this feeling i think there will be no problem getting up to 200 and at 5'8" that is huge in my book. I still have 8 weeks left of this cycle and with test e ester is 2 weeks i guess i have more like 10 weeks remaining. I have never ran test but i hear it gets great after week 4 so im excited.

Thanks for the support guys. Hit legs today ended up pulling my growing during my speed set of squats and then had crazy back pumps while doing stiff leg deads but feeling great in the gym weight today sitting at 190 i will be hitting chest and arms tomorrow and wrapping up my final day of SD on sunday. Got to say i like layne nortans PHAT program it has been really great thus far cant wait to see what the rest of this cycle will be like.

Chest traps and shoulders getting larger had a bad cheat day today with chineese pizza and ice creme, i have to quit smoking weed for sure. I just have a little bit left lol anyways happy with the size increase for sure pinned test today and today was the last day for SD can anyone tell me what to expect to see from the Test E tomorrow starts week 5 i heard that it takes 3 to 4 weeks for test to kick in anyone have any personal experience on what to expect?

Even though you aren't as lean, vascularity is still there. That's going to through the roof when you cut the fat and lose the water... This cycle is a win so far for sure. Sorry, I'm test-e free...can't help you with your questions.

Subbed. By the end of your cycle you'll still be putting on muscle and that SD water weight will go down. You'll have the best of both worlds.

Sdrol is VERY dry in my experiences. All depends on diet. From the progress pics I would say it has been pretty dry for him as well. Just looks buff as all hell!Originally Posted by VikingBP

What is good for really dry joints? Im taking cissus and fish oil but shiZt my joints hurt horribly on bench and dips

Glucosamine, cissus, fish oil. Apparently Achilles is decent stuff but I can't vouch for it personally as my first bottles on the way but I've ward good things. Nutra has a special on it too...

Best leg day i have had in a long time squats 315X5, 335X5, 350X3 leg press best set was 800X10 PR!
SLDL 3 sets 275X8 need to go up weight but lower back was tight and tired.
Leg extensions 2 sets 260X10
Lying leg curl on cable machine 2 sets 150X10,9
Standing calf raise 385X10 for 3 sets.
Seated calf raise 2 sets 160X10
All around good day!

Weight down to 188 from 193 since im no longer on sd im thinking its water i will weight to see what my weight is on saterday if it isnt climbing then its time to bump calories

Nips are still sore and im feeling a lump under my nipples i have been running arimadex at 500mg EOD should i start dosing ED or continue to see if EOD is sufficient?

Been busy with work and havent been able to post on here my weight has not moved in a couple weeks. Im still weighing in at 187 and my gyno symptoms just wont go away my nipples hurt and i can now feel a small ball under my nipple. I have increased my arimadex from 500 mg EOD to 500 mg ED but am still experiencing symptoms. My weights on my lifts are still increasing i put up 360X3 on squats which is awesome i just wish my weight would start climbing again

This is me as of this morning i think i am a little leaner from last pic so i think im recomping im going to add 500 cal to both my workout and rest days and see if my weight will start climbing again
