so I'm currently on week 4 of an 8wk pulse cycle. I'm pulsing the Transform-SD I picked up at the last sale earlier this year.
I'm pulsing 3x/wk at 10/10/20/20/20/20/20/20. For diet, I'm eating plenty of protein and a decent amount of carbs on pulse day, and trying to cut back on the carbs on non-pulse days. Keeping maintenance on off days and about 500-800 surplus on pulse days.
I have nolva on hand, and some T-911 for PCT. I'm also taking a mv, EFAs, and fish oil daily.
I have on hand some Suppress-C, and was wondering how I can incorporate that into my cycle? should I save it for later? etc. I got that during the blowout sale, but I'm unsure as to hot exactly to use it. I've seen logs for solo use, but I don't think I want to run that solo if I can stack it. Any suggestions on how to use Suppress-C?
I also have a single bottle of TCF-1, which I'm thinking about using towards the end of my cycle bridging into PCT to keep my T-lvls up.
any ideas?
