I have recently started my first cycle. Tren 50mg ED, two weeks in, and I just added 500mg sust a week. ( I already know...tren is extreme for first but too late, so lets not go into that, lol)
Anyhow. I have been taking in around 3500-4000 all clean calories depending on the day. (Only Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Chicken, Lean Beef, Turkey, Egg Whites, Natty PB for fat, and some protein shakes to up my protein. except on cheat day I have one High calorie, High fat meal. Two meals a week.)
In the first 8 days I grew 2 inches on my shoulders, 2 inches on my chest, 1/2 inch on my bis, and was up 4 lbs. Just on the tren alone. In the last week I havent put on any more weight, but may have grown measurement wise, not sure. (Hopefully the test will help with the weight gain), however, I feel I am getting even leaner, lower my BF%, and Im looking good.
I am definitely trying to gain on this cycle, but want to stay lean. I am currently 5'9" 176 about 9-10% BF. For me to maintain I should take in around 3100 calories. So is there a formula for how many calories should be sufficient to keep gaining? I was 172 before I started, I would love to hit anywhere around 185 (maybe possible with the test addded) and stay lean. #1 Am I hoping for too much? And #2 - is 3500-4000 calories enough to keep gaining? Or do I need to up it even more (Gonna be hard to keep it all clean damnit)
