HRT & Cycle addition question

I am 48 in super shape & 11% bf. I have been on hrt for 1-1/2 year (150mg/wk.)
I train super hard & eat big and clean but cannot gain big muscle.I want to add a muscle building cycle. Question is what would be best to add to this and after some research I am wondering if I will need any PCT since my test is coming from extraneous sources anyway and won't be "shut down". I am concerned about hair loss and use a Saw palmetto mix with good results now but possibly would like to add something stronger (for DHT block)if needed/suggested.More test? Deca?
I want to be as safe & smart as possible doing this. Does anyone have experience/genuine knowledge of doing this along with HRT? I don't really know who else to ask.
