I am 19 male, 18% body fat and 170lbs. Looking to build some lean muscle. I've been taking aminal m stack the past 6 months and decided for a change. Recently got the M1T and going to take it. Also got milk thistle to support liver. I've been told to take 3 tabs daily- 30mg, for on and off days. Need some advice on when to take, how often, how much, even when doing cardio alone and off days? good advice would be appreciated. cheers
