h drol and mm2k bench program

taking h drol to up my bench i usually do a 5X5 but now i want to try a program and i hear good things about MM2K. for those who have tried it, do we break between A/B/C sets like A rest B rest C. or so ABC then rest? cuz im trying the ABC with no rest and its nearly impossible.
