Why I picked each iteam used in this cycle.
Havoc: Dry gains, little estrogen problems, not TERRIBLE for the liver.
Anavar: Increased strength, little sides, not aromatising.
A-dex: I had it on hand for the planned test cycle, not sure if I need it or not... Also nto starting to use it until I start the anavar, btu still nto sure I need it then.
Dostinex: Help with busting a nut and possible prolactin issues.
Nolva: tried tested and true, I am aware this is a very dry cycle, but I would like to avoid estrogen rebound if at all possible. I've got enough on hand for... well lets just say I have a lot on hand.
Clomid: Bring back my balls. I also have this on hand because i was planning on using it for the test cycle i had lined up.
Cialis: although not listed in the layout, I have it on hand, I am aware that a few people had "wood" problems while on a cycle as dry as this one. Better same then sorry.
A little about me: I am terrified of gyno. HENCE the dry cycle and overpercautions with estrogen issues. I don't expect much from this cycle other then single digit increase in weight and increased strength.
My training style: I hit the gym 4 days a week by myself, and 3 more days with my girl. When I am by myself I train heavy as ****, every body part, usually only three exercises and 3 work sets to absolute failure, almost always free weights. When I go with my girl, it is usually less intense, more about getting a pump on, higher reps, and much lower reps.
Food is spot on, I am borderline anal retentive with tracking it. this is a typical day for me.

That was my last cycle. Unfortunately I am starting a new job and propable wont be logging this one. However i will also be usign get diesel 2010 or whatever the new test booster is in post cycle thanks to chuck and log that sh1t for sure!
