I f'd up was pinning npp instead of trt...on fin

So usually just stick to my trt these days. On finasteride trying to regrow my hair and stop shedding and possibly do transplant. Well went to pin my trt today and noticed the bottle says npp. Woops who knows how long I've been doing it. It only was 30 mgs each pin so 60 mgs total a week. Funny thing is I was saying how much fuller I been looking lately. Man I miss npp days. How much did I f up using npp on fin? I have noticed more shedding lately. Bottle was pretty full still so couldn't of been much.

Keep on fin and get back on test. There's no way to know but keep your vials in separate locations or drawers or make the labels larger lol

That's a small dose. I doubt it did much damage, if any at all. I know a lot of people say running a 19nor alongside finasteride makes hair loss even worse but I think it's just a bunch of broscience without any real science behind it.
