  22. So I woke up ate and hit the gym one hour later as normal. Normal pre workout supps of ignite, Max Pump, creatrona, bcaa saa. I did a light high rep arm session with heavy abs and calves. Energy was down as was pump. Dunno what happened. ... until u get home and cook my meals for today and tomorrow. .. open the microwave and there sits my oatmeal I forgot to eat. Yeah brain fart.

  30. Woke this morning at 230lbs. Weight is down a total of 8 pounds since I started cutting back cals and pre-bed cardio. Took an aggressive approach to start and so far its working wonderfully! The nutritional advice I've been getting is awesome and very very appreciated.

    That being said this morning what I saw in the mirror blew yesterday's pics away. Abs are out without even flexing.

    Weight loss has been rapid but should be showing down any minute to a slightly less rapid pace. Going to caliper soon to check body fat a and see where I'm at.
