    4 sets 20+ reps leg press calf raise
    4 sets 20+ reps standing barbell calf raise
    4 sets 20+ reps Cybex seated calf press
    4 sets 20+ reps donkey calf raise

    5 sets cable crunches
    5 sets cable side crunches

    28mins incline walk 250 cals burned

    Calves are coming along nicely. Next session I will snap some pics

  17. When I want to make protein pudding I just put 2 scoops ON casein and 1.5 cups almond milk in the blender ball shaker and shake it. Stuff is SO thick. Yours sounds much tastier though with the PB addition lol

  27. Sadly its gonna be a few days before I'm able to get in to see a Doctor. Ill be hitting legs today though, and this will be the one body part I'm going to keep going heavy on in thee coming weeks. Growth so far has been very noticeable and my knees are holding up so I'll be making hay for as long as possible.
