Still not sure if IF is that best thing for you but for now it seems to be what you prefer.

Don't know who those dudes are but I don't follow pro bodybuilding at all. I think they look ridiculous. I liked the Frank Zane type physique back in the day. I still would have to say that is my idea of a good physique.

Ok Martin Berkham is the Lean Gains dude. That is a good physique no doubt. I would prefer a tad more of a full look but that's basically the ideal for me.

Burn day, I made protein balls last night and had to taste test them so had one....

My balls don't contain rice crisps by the way, it's the closest to the macro content of mine I could find in the database.

Yup that's the guy. Much too lean in my perspective. To each their own though. Realistically I'd be extremely happy to float around 220-230 within five years without having to go the insulin and aas route. I like Kai because his legs are giganterous and I'm really loving my leg workouts right now. Plus his work ethic and life morals are very motivating. Zane had great physique as well.

The bodybuilders of today are ridiculously big. The sport has lost all sense of itself. You know Frank Zane was 200 lbs when he won the Olympia. 205 to 215 for me and no more is desirable and I'm close to 6 feet and I will still look huge if he quality is there. There is so much you can do size wise without losing your athleticism.

It's the insulin and hgh man. Probably responsible for 1/4 of their mass. Although I'm not sure that I agree the sport has lost all sense of itself, it's just adapted to the current climate of professional sports where bigger is better. I will agree with you however about retaining some form of athleticism. That is much more important than being huge as feck.

Deads went very smooth with the 20 lb increase for 4 sets of 8
Cleans only 5 lbs up seemed very light, shows my strength was definitely up
Pullups were tough after cleans and deads

I did 7 sets of wide lat pulldowns after, my arms were pretty toasted didn't really feel the lats like I wanted.

I am up to 200.5 which is about a 2.5 lb increase but I am definitely leaner as pics will show tomorrow.

Simple really about 3 cups of oats, 2 cups natural pm, 1/2 cup honey and around 8 to 10 scoops of protein. Mix, roll, refrigerate.

With 16 weeks to go you still have some time for recomping / building. Keep doing your thang if you get a little lean and a little bigger every week for the first 8 you will be in perfect condition to bring it in in time to do a practice peak week or two. I do recommend you arch your back a little more in your side chest / biceps shot it will make your pecs look much bigger. Since you serratus and obliques are covered anyway no need to crunch down to tighten them.

Never thought of that, just ran it by the wife and the difference is tremendous. I made a big improvement by not keeping my arm tight and this is even better.

Depends how big you make them I get 30-32. Careful though these are treats and not part of your diet, they are around 200 cals a piece, I use them on refeed days.
