You need:
4 lb pork tenderloin
Cayenne Powder
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
8 oz Smoked Gouda Cheese
tooth picks
Butterfly the tenderloin
Coat interior with garlic powder
line with gouda cheese
close up tenderloin and use toothpics to hold shut
pat down with Cayenne, garlic and onion powder and black pepper to taste
bake in oven at 300 degrees for two hours or until interior reaches 155 degrees
