It's probably one of the best tasting protein powders I've had. The orange smoothie tastes just like a dream cicle. It has the right amount of protein and fats that I need when building muscle. I give this product a 10/10 for sure. Two scoops post workout in about 12oz of water on ice is the way to go. I use water or skim milk to mix my protein shakes and both have just the right texture and taste. I recommend this as your protein blend whenever you want.
