Need advice on Letro/Nolva PCT for Mdrol

Im on the last day of my Mdrol cycle at 10/20/20/20. i started seeing signs of gyno a week and a half ago. For my PCT should i take both Letro and Nolva then stop the Letro and continue Nolva for another week or just use Letro then just Nolva? also i would appreciate any advice anyone has for what doses i should take.
