What is the best time to start your post cycle... should you start as soon as you are done with you cycle or wait a week and start or wait two weeks and start.. when is the best time to start your PCT?

PCT timing depends on the compound.
What compound are you running?

For most of oral compounds, start PCT the day after the last dose.
Since spawn is epi clone & xtreme tren clone combo. Epi half-life is about 6 hours while xtreme tren half-life is about 8-10 hours.
