    Cool Cherry Poppin: Test E, Anavar, Ipam and...


    First time joining the dark side (as far as injections go)

    (Began July 3)
    Plan:
    Weeks 1-12 Test E: 250mg 2x week=500mg weekly
    Weeks 1-4 Anavar: 25mg 3x day= 75mg daily
    Weeks 2-PCT Ipamoelin 100mcg 2-3xdaily = 200-300 mcg daily
    EDIT: Weeks 3-PCT CJC No Dac @ 1:1 Ratio with Ipamorelin
    Weeks 6-14 HCG 250mcg 2x week =500mcg weekly
    Weeks 3-14 Adex 0.5mg 3x week MWF
    *****Winny or Epi
    (if needed Formestane)

    PCT:
    50-25-25-12.5 Nolva
    50-50-25-25 Clomid

    Support/Ancillaries:
    Cycle Support
    Multi-vit
    Cissus

    21 Day Progress Report:

    1. Weight up 6-7lbs
    2. Feeling a little tighter (mix of carb cycle and var)
    3. A little lethargic, probably due to the Ipam/CJC; however, it's not effecting workouts just the time between workouts!
    4. Strength increased slightly, moreso muscular endurance than strength (can do an extra set or extra movement/exercise)
    5. No PIP since first quad pins (wish I could pin delts all the time SO EASY)
    6. Elbow seems to be recovering a little quicker after pushing days (shoulder, tricep, chest)
    7. Brachioradialis is still touchy after pulling days (back, bicep)
    8. The slight headaches after each dose of Var are almost non existent
    9. The ipam headache/rush is minimal, kinda just feel "funny" for 15-20min after

    Looks like a solid cycle bro. And your pic shows you know what your doing.
    What do you hope to gain out of this cycle?
    If your looking to modify it.
    I'll either add dbol as a kicker or just have no kicking.
    Then run anavar 75mg 6-8 weeks up till pct.

    the avi is from almost exactly 1 year ago after a cut after taking 2 years off anything (PH, DS, etc)
    I was down to 178lbs there!

    Bulked backup over the last year sitting at~ 212lbs 15.5%bf

    Goals:
    increase hardness and definition (lean gains)
    see how Ipam helps my elbow pain

    Day 9:
    Feeling a bit more endurance in lifts, lifting heavier when tired or halfway through a session


    Recap on first 3 pins:
    july 3: R Quad and PIP like a mofo for 4 days with redness
    juy 7: L quad small pip and tightness for 2 days
    july 10: split dose 1/2 in each delt, no PIP

    might try the glute next if my buddy can show me how to stick it in (no homo)



    Diet:
    1 high carb - oats at breakfast and rotate sweet and white potato at each meal
    2 low carb - only 2 carb meals (1 post workout + 1 other) with salads instead of potato at other meals

    Diet Update: (low carb)

    Have on more meal to go (fat free greek yogurt wit choc protein to make pudding!)

    so far from my fitness pal: (not incl protein pudding)
    ~2700 cal
    Cho: 105g
    Pro: 325g
    Fat: 96g

    too many sugars in my Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce so gonna use more salsas n lemon juice to cut out some sugars
    fat will be lower on high carb days when I have sweet/white potato instead of salads with olive oil and vinegar

    Just pinned Test E and went about 1.5cm from my old pin site in the L quad.
    Aspirated. No blood. Injected with no problem.
    WITHDREW and boom geyser of blood.
    I saw 1 droplet in the air part of the needle (where it connects to the syringe) and I'm guessing I passed through a blood vessel???

    Hopefully I didn't just straight heroine shot that into my vein!

    You'll have that on the big jobs! If you aspirated and saw no blood I'm sure you just passed through . I've only pinned glutes, and never had a serious blood squirt . In for gainzzzz.

    Still a bit wary on the glutes. Hopefully my buddy can show me in the next week or 2


    Ordered some CJC No Dac to run with the Ipamorelin.

    Few updates:

    1. Felt tighter and dryer this morning after high carbs yesterday.
    2. Great pumps the last 2 days (anavar kicking in???)
    3. Slight lethargy (see point 4) but mostly post workout and not effecting workouts
    4. Sleep issues: usually I wake up once to use the toilet but I've been waking up 3+ times a night but I fall back to sleep easily (I've seen this in other ipamorelin logs)

    The way I look at it about aspirating is no one has steady enough hands to aspirated without moving the needle So the minute you aspirated the needle moves and then again so while injecting.

    Yeah I'd like to see what your lifts consist of.

    25 min reclined bike + 10 min of calves

    Afternoon: Quads
    Hack squat sets x #of 45plates each side x reps

    Taking 1 month off (been 2 weeks already) of barbell squats and full ROM deadlifts as I was lifting relatively heavy on those for the last few months and entered a deadlift competition. I don't use wraps or a belt and felt good in the competition but a week after I tried going just a little heavier on the DL and tweaked my lower back a bit.

    Been icing it almost every day and it's feeling better each week. No sharp pain just an annoying dull pain. Especially if driving for more than an hour.

    So I'm halfway through a month of stayin away from heAvy dreads and squats and it sucks!

    Correct me if I'm wrong but in your about me, it said you competed in the uae? How was that? Mind my ignorance. But everytime I'm in Dubai I see a lot of smaller people and that gap from small to large is massive. Some of those guys are just complete monsters.

    Yeah my second comp was a little biased. Usually locals (UAE nationals) will get the nod and the rest are looked at after.
    For example: my second show was a local one with a majority of the competitors in the middle weight
    Light below 71
    Middle above 71
    Heavy 81+

    So I knew there would be some monsters that were above 80 (cause they could be 100+ and still considered heavyweight.

    I dieted HARD and cardioed my arrse off to get to 80.2kg. When I weighed in they all spoke in Arabic to each other and I had no clue what was going on. When they finally gave out our numbers I realized I was placed in heavyweight.
    Another guy got moved from middle weight down to lightweight.
    What they did was move the heaviest middleweight to heavy and the lightest middleweight to light. (To balance out the categories I guess)

    I ended up taking second place, but was beaten by a guy who was 95+kg . Hard to make myself look 15kg bigger! (I was too depleted though from dieting to get down to middleweight)

    He wasn't as lean as I was but he was obv more muscular and was a UAE national from the town. In the end it was a cool experience, with an unfortunate ending!

    Time for some night cardio cause my girl wants to hit a yoga class

    Was working as a math teacher in a housing compound for the kids of the managers in the oil companies and refineries

    Did 3 years out in the sand, glad to be back home though!

    Gonna hit shoulders with my buddy tomorrow. He's got about 15lbs on me but I'll show him what's up!

    No Fasted Cardio (praise the Lord) as I was going to hit the gym at 9am. Didn't want to go at 7am and again at 9!

    I LOVE high volume for shoulders, esp with my elbow limiting how heavy I can press.

    Shoulder err BOULDER Day:
    Seated Dbell Sho Press
    Warm Up
    1x35, 1x50
    Working
    3x70x12
    2x90x7 with a drop to 50s to burn out after the 90s

    HS SHo Press
    (25 lb plates used to pyramid)
    did 1 set with 1 plate, 1 with 2plates 1 with 3 plates, 2 with 4 plates. on the second of the 4 plates set we did a strip set 1 plate at a time

    Triple Set 1
    Alt Dbell Front Raise to Cable behind-the-butt side raise to seated side raise
    3 sets ~12-15 reps each exercise

    Triple Set 2
    Cable Front Raise (one arm) to dbell side raise to seated side raise
    3 sets ~ 10-12 reps each exercise

    Traps (usually done with back but my GF wanted to do cardio so I had extra time)
    Dbell Shrugs
    3 x 105 to 120 x 12 to 15 reps drop to seated shrug w/ 60s to burn out

    HS Shrug standing
    Double Set (face away then face towards) 3 x 30 (15 reps each way)

    was gonna go to abs but had forgotten rear delts!

    Cable rear delt dropsets
    4x 15 drop weight by 30-40% and do another 12

    12min of core:
    leg raises
    hip thrust
    decline sit up
    yoga ball crunch


    pretty long workout cause of the traps. I rarely target them cause DL takes care of them, but since im taking time off of DL I wanted to give them love

    Yeah same here but if I do abs or calves at the end of a workout all the pump leaves the muscle I was working n moves to the calves/abs.

    Then I feel tired but like I should go again!

    Shoulder pump while ON is always the worst (in a good sick way) I actually can't always hit as many sets as I'd like bc those mofo's get so pumped and just hurt.

    Usually i hit arms with larger body parts but my buddy hits them twice a week together where i usually hit legs twice a week so i said id join him on one arm day a week.

    Standing alt dbell curl
    Warm up

    Working (each working set super with incline dbell curls at 30lb)
    3x50x 10,10,8

    Ez bar curl (1 set close grip 1 set normal)
    Superset with incline dbell curl at 30lb
    2x80x12

    Preacher machine
    3 dropsets (1 drop)
    First weight to get 10reps drop to get 12 more

    Seated hammer curl
    Superset with incline dbell curl at 30lb
    4x40x 12

    1 set of run the rack on a reclined curl machine (my buddys fav) 4 drops

    Tri vbar pushdown to warm up

    Seated dbell overhead ext
    3x 100-110 x10 to12 reps

    Dbell skull crusher dropsets
    3x 35 (drop to 20)x 10 to 12 reps

    Tri rope pushdown dropsets
    3x12 (drop weight by 40%)

    Didnt feel as strong on overhead triceps. But with my bum elbow theres good and bad days!

    Really sucks about your elbow, happens to my right knee a lot, so somedays I won't be able to squat. And just have to use machines and what not

    Tonight's cardio (after arm day)

    Calves and cardio:

    Seated calf raise
    Sets done as AMRAP to 25 (as many reps as possible with a max of 25 reps)
    Set 1: (weight only recorded) 45, 70, 90, 115, 140
    Set 2-3: only 140
    Set 4: reverse of set 1 but finished at 25lb one leg

    Freaking burn the baby cows!

    Standing calf machine
    Dropsets
    3x 195 drop to 105

    Standing calf on v squat machine (plate loaded)
    4x AMRAP to 20 @ 90 each side

    Cardio: easy as usual haha gotta find cardio I enjoy
    20min reclined bike



    And yes I only did calves to compensate for dropping 5min off my usual cardio!

    AM fasted cardio 25min on reclined bike +3 min cool down

    Pinned delts 0.5 each

    Tried back loading slin pins today. I understand the concept and don't really feel pain with the regular needle anyway but wanted to try it out.

    Took a while to inject and had to put more force on the plunger so it wasn't as steady. Will probably go back the the usual 22/23g 1in.

    I have a friend who only lifts enough for "the pump" and has 25lbs on me (might be his 1000mg kickstart to 700mg of test vs my 500mg lol)

    21 Day Progress Report:

    1. Weight up 6-7lbs
    2. Feeling a little tighter (mix of carb cycle and var)
    3. A little lethargic, probably due to the Ipam/CJC; however, it's not effecting workouts just the time between workouts!
    4. Strength increased slightly, moreso muscular endurance than strength (can do an extra set or extra movement/exercise)
    5. No PIP since first quad pins (wish I could pin delts all the time SO EASY)
    6. Elbow seems to be recovering a little quicker after pushing days (shoulder, tricep, chest)
    7. Brachioradialis is still touchy after pulling days (back, bicep)
    8. The slight headaches after each dose of Var are almost non existent
    9. The ipam headache/rush is minimal, kinda just feel "funny" for 15-20min after

    Epic fail today: brought peptides in a cooler with an icepack to the gym. Went to grab the slin pin after the workout. They were frozen inside hahaha!!!

    Protein was a little high for my "high carb" day. I essentially want to get the carbs up to 350-400g. I find it hard to eat that much. My appetite isn't great and I can eat OFTEN but not HUGE PORTIONS.
    Im fine with 8oz of chicken with salsa and maybe a small side salad.

    on high carb days I cut the protein sources back by 2-3 oz and eliminate the side salad and add in ~6oz sweet potato.

    Yesterday:

    Morning cardio

    Down to my buddy's beach condo rental and hit the gym down there. (Arms of course as my friend is a worshiper or rich piana)

    The arm workout was nuts and I was still a little tight from the last few upper body days but the elbow kept up pretty well!

    Then bought a new car whoop whoop!!!!

    Today:

    hitting cardio now. Then hammys in the afternoon.

    Kept carbs around 125-150 yesterday for Leg Day (quads) worked slowly up to 315 on squat (first time in 4 weeks since lower back pain). Lower back felt ok, not 100% but I was happy to get squats in regardless of weight!

    Shoulders today, another awesome shoulder workout with some traps thrown in at the end.
    will keep carbs medium 125-150 today again. Tomorrow low/no carbs <50g on back day (Wednesday) and then high carb 300+ on Thursday.

    Side Effects: a few spots of acne on my Lats. Mixed witch hazel and crushed aspirin tabs to put on 2x a day.

    Tryin to get to it before it gets bad. Prob being over protective but better safe than sorry

    1 bottle of witch hazel
    5 crushed up 325mg aspirin
    2 dalacin -c caps poured in (antibiotic my girl mixed with her face cream and totally whipped out her acne)

    Shake it up and apply with a cotton pad (the kind girls use to take off make up)

    Usually I do AM cardio then shower then apply the witch hazel mix

    Then post workout shower in the afternoon/evening and the witch hazel again before bed
