35 5'6 156 lbs

I have been a big ***** most of my life. Stated crossfit and started transforming. Using barbells instead of dumbbells. Doing pull ups etc. After two years of working out two times a day I went from 138 to 153. My highest weight was 162. I broke my wrist in December, and finally feel ready to make progress again. I would like to hit 175.

I will be starting on Thursday after my backpacking trip.

I'm taking two caps per day right now. Which equals 30mg Epi 50mg Halo per day. Will increase to three per day week two or three depending on how everything feels. That would be 45/75.

I think 2 is a good starting point. You might be able to see good results off of it at that dosage since you're stacking Epi and halo. Might not even need to up the dosage.

Taking a day off today. I have a hike planned a little later. So 4th day is a rest day.

I usually take the first dose with a shake and some fish oil. Second dose with a light snack between meals, like dark chocolate squares or something like that.

I already feel a supplement overload come workout time. I take Ergo9 pre and some amino intra. I may save the amino's for later in the day.

So one week done.

The back pumps are already here. Trying MTS Vasky to deal with it. It has 3g of Taurine. May have to down two scoops pre workout.
Last two days lethargy seems to hit after the morning dose.

I have noticed my tolerance level changing as well. I work at a hotel, so we'll see that goes.

How long are you doing the cycle for?
And are you planning to take a test base for lethargy and libido issues?

I would like to hit five weeks. Being my first time, and running two methy compounds, still not sure how my body will take it.

I guess early back pumps are common with Epi.

As far as test base. I have some 4-dhea, wanted to see how things went without it first. I may introduce it day 10 or so.

Make sure you have an AI on hand since 4-dhea can aromatise. Besides, you would also wanna have an AI for pct for rebound gyno. Any ph, especially epi, can cause rebound gyno

Weighed in at 159. Weight has been bouncing a bit, 159 is the most consistent. So three pounds in a week.

My tolerance level just went to 0.00. I guess working in a hotel near yellowstone park during peak tourist season is a bad idea when messing with hormones huh?

Eating about 3500 cal, 250 protein, try to keep carbs around 125-150, otherwise I get sluggish. Usually keep fat around 80g or higher. My body likes fat for energy.

Resting today.

Weight seems steady at 161 now.

I started taking Prolactrone before bed last night. Sleep was deeper, but I feel a little too laid back after waking. I took three caps before bed, so maybe two will be the way to go.

Speaking of supplements. I can't wait for the Carnivor mass to finish. I have had fat face since starting it. I have a feeling it's just creatine loaded. Maybe they are a sister company of muscle tech.

I had some rough lethargy today. Took me longer then it should have to finish this thing.

The 15 mile hike turned into a 20 miler. We did see a black bear.

For 8-13 I put something together on the fly. Just wanted to do something for the upper body. I was toast after the big hike.

How much is your gains til now?
Current weight is 163. So up 7 pounds since starting. I usually stick to DB's for bench press. Tonight used a barbell. I was happy with the weight. The PR portion of the program will come during PCT. Looking forward to seeing how much everything increased.

You re breaking your own record then, wow, congrats for that
Im on my superdrol+epistane stack right now, the end of 2nd week, gain 6.6lbs on cutting diet mode lol, i set it up for a recomp though
And again congrats for your gains dude

Well first cycle is done. My ending stats.

Bench -135-Don't really have a PR with this. I just started using a barbell again.
Front Squat -175
Deadlift -265

Really wondering about the product I took. Not sure if it did much. I was eating so much food it could have just been that. I was expecting more.

But to reflect honestly. I think the program I picked is wrong for doing a PH or AAS. I didn't push enough heavy weight and went more for muscle endurance. My weight seems steady around 162. Again, this could be from eating so much during cycle. I also feel I did not wait long enough for the wrist to heal. The break happened in December 2014. I guess ligaments and tendons take their sweet time to heal. Biggest issue were dead lifts and grip strength. I was at an even 300 before the break, at 265 now.

So I am hopeful the PCT works well. Olympus labs was kind enough to supply me a bottle of Ep1c Unleashed I can use with the TD. So my PCT will be logged.

Thank you to the subscribers. Hope to make the next log more detailed and interesting. This first time was mostly for me.
