    Just a quick update as I'm deaf tired from work and gym. Calories 3806 protein 400 carbs 244 fats 154. Protein is a bit high but I rely in shakes at work etc.

    No weights recorded but I supersetted everything 12 sets on both bis and tris. Gym was too busy as I finish in peak hour soni was out in less than 45 mins.
    Good to see my weight creeping up now that I've increased my calories.
    No new sides to speak of except I pretty much have a boner all day lol. My girlfriend is loving it :P

    My nuts are starting to get sore. Im pretty sure this is caused by the shrinkage going on but it's quite irritating.
    Got the rest of the weekend off due to being on night shift but I might sneak in a quick session on Sunday.

    Not much to report on atm. I'm on night shift again tonight so it's an off day today. Have decided I'm going to hit the gym tomorrow. I'm on night shift again tomorrow but I'll be able to get in about 7 hours sleep on company time so I'll smash shoulders I'm thinking!

    Looking forward to tomorrow ! Four days off with nothing to do but smash up some weights!

Hopefully if they haven't come on by now they might not come on at all libido is still high, aggression is still very high (it's actually becoming a problem for me as I'm always in the mood to argue...) still getting pimples on my back and on my upper arms but they're not that bad.

  7. Depending on how busy the gym is I'll either do them at the start or at the end as long as I get them done I'm happy . I've had shoulder issues in the past so I do them twice a week.

    I double dosed my preworkout as I didn't sleep well last night and fock me I was sweating my ass off after my first set lol. It's now 3 hours post workout and I've crashed pretty hard too. What goes up must come down I guess.

    I've had a fresh breakout of pimples on my back... It's disgusting I had one pop at the gym and it bled through my white tee shirt. Had to put my jersey back on to hide it. My recovery is incredible on this sh1t. My chest doesn't hurt a bit and I smashed it yesterday.

    Had a bit of an emergency so I had to drive 150miles. Turned out to be. False alarm but my diet suffered a bit. Still kept it pretty clean but not sure what my macros or calories were. Managed to sneak in a quick workout last night during peak hour. Couldn't get in on the squat rack or leg press to start so I did a weak aspects day

    I always try to fail in the 8-12 rep range but most of the time I'm hardly getting 8-9 so I thought to stimulate some different muscle fibers I would lower the weight and aim for 12.
    Pimple situation is getting worse... Way worse. Libido is still sky high. Aggression is up but controllable for the most part.

  13. hey mate followed your log since day one, congrats on being one of the few aussies able to get decent gear thru customs! i swear those guys make germany's gestapo in 1944 look like the stereotypical american mall cops! do you know what grade gear is? this isnt a source check btw im just curious to see if what you got is HG, UGL, or the all too common Vet grade crap made by the bikies.

    A few tips if youre interested; cissus should reduce the back pumps, estrogen is actually helpful for joint lubrication so if ure not getting sore nips id advise caution with the AI, maybe getting glucosamine sulfate for joint help, and if ure looking at getting shredded and ure having joint problems with A bombs and sus id stay clear of going on winny, maybe add in some albuterol (its legal to import this btw) and some Epistane (not legal but ive never had a shipment stopped by customs - trick is to get a source that has a customs sticker from the US). Milk thistle + liv52 is essential for liver health especially if ure using one of the most powerful of orals. if youre leg soreness is gets in the way of doing deads you could try doing rack deadlifts, the back only really comes into play when u bend the torso upright. If youre stuck for time and have good form; Doggcrapp training all the way.

    It sucks about the HCG man, i can get evrything from Test E to Tren to HgH to Torem to Clen EDIT: removed names of the labs - (im not sure if its naming a source so i didnt get it directly from them but id rather not be banned). but i cant seem to get my hands on any HCG either, can u belive that sheet is fugging legal in the US and UK as a weightloss drug?? Also with PIP are you aspirating? what size needle are you using? Are you switching pins between drawing and injecting?

    Anyways mate, this is just my 2 cents worth, youre doing great regardless and by the end of this run you will be beastly

    Hey man thanks for following. Haha yeah customs here cam be difficult but most of the stuff I order seems to come through. I'm not sure of the grade but I know it's from a lab overseas as the guy I get my stuff from deals with them directly. Heard a few rumors some of their stuff is bunk tho but thus far it seems to be legit.
    I've been dosing taurine for back pumps and it seems to be doing the trick. The only ai I've been using is erase (I have armidex onhand if I need it) and it seems to be lowering my estrogen enough to minimize estro sides but not dry me out.
    I'm not looking at getting ripped I'm more focused on putting on some size.... Cut will come later in the year closer to Xmas. But I didn't know that about albuterol so I'll be ordering me some of that definitely. Do you mind pm ing me a decent site?? I've been on milk thistle since one week prior to starting anadrol.
    I actually wouldn't mind giving dc training a go but i think I'd have trouble adjusting to the reduction of volume lol.
    I'd love to be able to do rack deads but the squat rack in my gym is about 35 years old and doesn't have holes low enough to put the safety bars that low
    I'd love to be able to just drop into a store and get some hcg! It would make life a lot easier!!
    I draw with a 19g and pin with a 23g. My mrs does it for me as pinning eod makes it hard to always pin yourself lol. I always aspirate but thank fock I haven't struck anything yet.

    Quite surprised at this workout. It was easy. I did get a pump and a sweat but normally after five sets of squats I'm quote gassed. Will probably shoot for a PR match on squats on next leg day 310 for 6. I'm kind of disappointed that my legs have started to lag due to my back injury but there's still plenty of time to get them back up. I did some measurements and the only bodypart that hasn't increased is my legs. I've already put more than an inch across my chest / back. I'm also on the same notch on my weight belt that I started

    No worries mate, the more brahs in the pursuit of Aesthetics the better aaah yeah lixus and kalpa have dodgy reps lately, hope ure not getting anything more from them, but it seems like your getting results so worst case scenario is that your juice is just underdosed.

    yeah taurine works well for back pumps and also sleeping problems, cissus is what most of the 'pros' recommend specifically for back pumps and its cheap as an aboriginal hooker.

    aah ok yeah erase isnt too bad, though i always just use arimidex for it, at 0.25mg/ml EOD and then ED if the nips starting getting itchy, its pretty cost-effective.

    yeah alot of people say that about DC training, but the thing is, youre just cramming more volume on a shorter time frame which i think would be great considering your restrictions, although the food intake may be a problem cuz of your work.

    Today was supposed to be an off day but I thought fock it I'm taking the weekend off so that should be enough! I didn't take my logbook with me but I did hit some arms for volume. Also it may seem that im hitting arms a bit but they are a major part that I feel us lagging so when I get an extra day I'll always hit arms or shoulders.

    Not sure what's causing it but fock me I'm always hungry. I just had 200g chicken breast with 3/4 cup of mashed sweet potato and some broccoli less than an hour ago and im starving already! Sucks I only bring just enough to work with me as I have to ration what I have left!!!!

    Another forced off day today but I had a big day rescue training at work climbing ropes, lifting stretchers etc etc.
    Kept diet to around maintenence 2778 calories 271 pro 167 carbs 115 fats. Will probably start upping my calories again to around 3700 ish. Keeping my protein around the 300 mark but upping my carbs to around 300 on workout days. It seems like my gains have stalled so I hope that kickstarts them again!

    The gyms getting better slowly they have a few new machines that are actually half decent but end of the day free weights out do machines hands down. They do have their uses tho like you mentioned.

    Was focking drenched in sweat and feeling a bit nauseous.
    Stoked on the PRs! The weight on weighted chins was my goal for the cycle. Can't believe I'm just over half way through!
    On my first and last night shift at the moment I've got another 8 1/2 hours at work and my calories so far are sitting at 3627. Bout to sit down and have another big meal in about 45. I used today as my gauge for how much 3800 calories actually is and how much I have to eat for it. Shouldn't be a problem to get the food in. I've added in pasta at one serve a day to get my carbs up an hopefully kickstart some growth!
    Libido is still way up! Aggression is up but manageable it's still mainly in the gym. Pimples.... They're breaking out everywhere. Don't really know how to combat this side apart from going to the doc and getting a prescription. I have been rubbing some isocol on my shoulders and arms to try and dry out the skin. Seems to be working if I do it 3 + times a day but that's not quite possible when in on shift.

  24. I might just mention too that I will be eating the same calories on off days as well. I have been dropping my cals on off days but I think this may have been hindering my gains also. If I put on some fat I'll be doing a cut later in the year anyways. I was trying to keep it lean but fock it.

  25. Total calories for my extended period of being awake are 5676. That's bulking calories right there :P
