Another off day today. I can't focking wait to get back in the gym tomorrow!! I think I may have tweaked my back cutting open a car today. I'll probably avoid squats, deads etc until I can get to the chiro. Will make an appointment tomorrow. It doenst feel like anything major just a discomfort really but I'd rather err on the side of caution.
Diet has been hood for a non workout day cals sitting at 2209 protein 291g carbs 56g fats 91g
I just hate to take an unplanned off day from the gym... and a massage can help tweaks... sometimes...

Just upped my dose of androl to two 50mg tabs! I think I've found my sweet spot. Hit two PRs on back today and they were easy. If I had more time I would have done a lot more. Did 22 sets and I hardly even worked up a sweat. Focking love this stuff! Will update later tonight my workout diet etc

Took two anadrol tabs.

Had to hit the gym early this morning due to being on my changeover between day and night shift. Had to cook get prepared etc. I'll be awake for close to 24 hours so my overall cals for the day should be up well over the 4k mark. I'm only eating carbs up until I normally go to bed then it will be no carbs till morning. If I keep scoffing I'll undo my weekends work of a 4 pound drop :)

100 x 12 x 12 x 12 I always keep these quite light and really focus on the movement making sure I get a good stretch out of it. Short rest periods here too no more than 30 seconds and during that time I subtly flex my lats for the whole rest period.

Finished up with 10mins on the foam roller and stretching. I hardly even worked up a sweat which is quite surprising. Normally after my first set of chins I'll started dripping! Felt awesome in the gym the increased anadrol dose must've been doing it's thing. Have exactly 13 more days at this new dose. No sides ad of yet. No puffy nips, suppose I have a small amount of bloat from the drol. I have been drinking so much water to combat the anadrol bloat and it seems to be working and erase seems to be keeping the bloat down from the test. I do have a few pimples coming through but i always have a few on my back so maybe I'm just being paranoid.

One more thing my tweaked back did pull me up a bit on some lifts today. I have made an appointment with a chiropractor for Wednesday. Hopefully they can fix me up so I can squat on Thursday :)

Yeah man most definitely! It some pretty impressive stuff alright. I think I'll be kickstarting future cycles with it. I've been smashing PRs almost on a daily basis. :)

Didn't even feel like working out but double dosing my pre workout supps fixed that! 12 hours on a bulldozer last night didn't do my back any favours. Diet was good I'll only be awake for 8 hours and my calories are up to 2357 224g pro 167g carbs 83g fats. I'm liking the increase in anadrol. Feels great in the gym. Even double dosing my pre workout I didn't even work up a sweat. I'll have more time over the next five days so I might start pushing myself a bit harder. Ive been smashing out my workouts without even getting tired. Shoulders tomorrow. Going for another PR on shoulder press 80lb dumbbells. See how I go!

I'm going to start putting a bit of volume on my chest workouts. I find that my chest can lift heavy but not for long as it fatigues really quickly. I might be getting up some heavy weights for my first couple of exercises then crash and burn for the rest. I might just go heavy first up then drop the weights way back so I can get out 12 reps or so.

Went to the chiropractor today and I've got a strained disc or something and have to rest.... Not going to happen while I'm ON so I'll just have to work around around it. I know what I can and can't do.

Legs tomorrow will probably be lots of leg press. Probably about ten sets then 7 on leg extensions due to my back problem.
Sides... I'm starting to get bacne :( pretty sh1t. I'm quite surprised I have t had much bloat from the drol. I've upped my dose to 100mgs and it's still not bad. Been drinking about 4l of water per day and taking diuretics and that seems to be keeping it down. :)

Diet has been good and clean calories sitting 2937 but I didn't include a ham and salad sandwich so it would easily be up over the 3k mark. 295g protein 180g carbs and 107g fats.

Today was leg day and it didn't go too well because of my back. My plan was 10 sets of leg press followed by 7 sets of leg extensions. Turns out leg presses pinch my right side of my lower back so I did three relatively heavy sets but I couldn't come down as far as I normally do. Kind of just tested the water with other exercises to see how they felt and just kept it light.

Just make sure your eating enough if your planning on doing HIIT twice daily on top of lifting. Would hate to for catabolism to kick in and strip you of your hard earned muscle. Cut carbs out and replace them with more protein. Have a refeed once a week to replenish your glycogen stores and you'll get there! Or just jump on some clen lol!

My back is sore. has been all day. mustve slept on it wrong. i went down to the GP today and got his opinion and some pain killers, anto inflammatorys etc. looks like i have strained a facet of my back. theyre small bones on the side of the back which stop excessive movement. should be good to go in a week. he really dumb ed it down for me so i understood lol.

Sides : My aggression has gone up. was sh1tty all day and once i got in the gym i just took it all out in there. i mustve had a dont fock with me expression on my face because a few people were just staring at me and steering clear lol.

Diet: has been good except for the apple pie with custard i had for a treat. calories were aroudn 3460 before my cheat meal pro 331 carbs 243 fat 119

Yeah man, I would hate to lose the muscle too. but I thought to cut cause a leaner body is much more efficient... I might also lose up strength, as for eating, I am trying the best I can... Where the **** can I get Clen? LOL :p jk

If you do it right man you shouldnt lose any strength. Just make sure you cut slowly, keep your protein high, your fats moderate and your carbs low.

I was thinking of doing it as fast as possible... but even if it's done slow, muscle loss is a must for me, as I don't have a good nutrition...
If you do it right man you shouldnt lose any strength. Just make sure you cut slowly, keep your protein high, your fats moderate and your carbs low.

My back is feeling normal today which is great, no pain at all. Will still give it until next Friday before I push it.

My aggression has been through the roof. But apart from that I'm not really getting any sides. The backne that I started to get has subsided.
Calories are at 2976. Will probably go and have a few strawberries for desert to get me over the 3k cals mark. Protein 253g carbs 198g fats 125g.
Not much else to report on and the next few days will be pretty quiet due to work and a public holiday.

Yeah the anadrol is pretty sweet aye! Strength has shot up! I've smashed out PRs on most o my major exercises. Once I found my dosing sweet spot all the sides I was having subsided.
The sustanon 300 is just starting to show some effects. Aggression over the last week has been way up. Especially in the gym! Got another 9 weeks or so yet as I've had to cut my original plan short but that should be plenty enough to put on some size. It's the start of week four today so from here on out it should be getting really interesting!

Actually man yes I did. I would have something to eat for breakfast and unless I made myself eat I wouldn't be hungry for the rest of the day. Try and play around with your dosing. It might sound silly but in my case if I dose 2 - 3 hours before I workout I have no sides but if I dose an hour before i workout I feel like sh1t, get headaches, lethargy and have trouble getting my calories in for the day etc etc
Play with your dosing an your timing and I'm you'll find out what works for you :)

I was taking it in split dosages one two hours pre workout and the other at night but I thought I'd see what happens If I took both at once and I was quite impressed! my strength shot up and I managed to hit a few PRs on exercises which I've been stuck on for months. End of the day man everyone reacts differently and that seems to work for me.

Today was a planned off day. I reduced the anadrol to 50mgs for today and tomorrow as tomorrow is another off day due to work commitments.
Not much to report on actually i worked 14 hours today and will do the same tomorrow.
Just eating and hopefully growing.

Been having some PIP in my right delt. The last two times I've pinned there it's been sore for days! I'm on night shift tonight and I'll be awKw for close to 24 hours an I'm expecting my calories to be up around the 3800 - 4000 mark. Currently sitting at 2954. If I can get away with eating less I will. I always tend to overeat on night shift especially with carbs so I'm trying to tighten it up! Tried something I saw on YouTube where you inwardly rotate your arm so that only you long head of the tricep is worked. It's quite humbling actually. Weight is waay down but you can definitely feel it working that long head.

Nah man it's never too long. This cycle is probably going to be 12 - 16 weeks and it's only just gone week four or so so there's another 8 weeks plus pct. I like to keep it up too because it keeps me accountable and on track. :)

Pretty happy with the way things have gone thus far. Been hitting PRs on a weekly basis. And the next week I've broken the same ones again. I have three days left of anadrol so I'm going to make the most of it! I'm quite sad to see the end of my kickstart. Have quite enjoyed it. Anadrol is the sh1t!

ohhh I see.. I just thought that the cycle should be about 4-5 weeks long so I just asked... it's good to have a long cycle thou.. keep going man...

Yeah originally it was supposed to be 16 weeks with a 5 week kickstart but I might have to cut it back to 12 because I've got a wedding to go where Im a groomsman and my suit has already been brought. I did make sure it was a bit too big for me when it was brought.

Once I sort out my issues with my phone ill probably put up some progress pics. I can't seem to upload from my phone. Is anyone else having this issue?? I couldn't even log on for two days.
Yeah it wont let me either, I downloaded the Imgur app and upload there and post the link on here. Seems to work

Not much to report on today. I forgot that the gym is only open for three hours in the morning and three hours in the arvo. Was halfway through my chest workout and the lights went off lol so I had to go back in the arvo and finish. I forgot my logbook but I did incline bench for 200lbs for three sets and bench for 3 sets at 200 also.
I don't like bench it always seems to give me a sore left shoulder so I'll go back to dumbbells from next week.
I have increased my calories as of a couple days ago. probably will sit around the 3500 mark from now on.
My nuts have officially shrunken. They're about peanut size now lol. My aggression is still up and libido is right up too. Can't seem to get enough. :p mrs is loving it!

Today is my last day of anadrol at 100mgs. I have one 50ng tab left and my kickstart is over. Had a miserable sleep last night and was still pretty wrecked when I hit the gym. It showed too in what I could lift.

No new sides to speak of. Have a few pimples popping up over the place but nothing too bad
I think I might start dosing my AI EOD for a week or two. My joints are getting quite sore.

Short and sweet but my quads were burning. I had very small rest periods, around 30secs max. I've been staying away from squats etc until my backs 100% but I might try some volume squats and deads on my big compound day on Friday.
Diet wad a bit off today due to traveling, some of my calories came from but bars etc 3234 calories 234g protein 246g carbs and 139g fats (mostly good fats)
Put on another two pounds since I increased my calories... Will probably keep it at 3200-3500 on all days except night shifts. Where ill lower them to around 2500.
Been offered some tren e for cheap... Should I add it in or shouldn't I?? Decisions decisions!
Probably take tomorrow as an off day. Feeling a bit battered.

Today was a planned off day. Worked 13 hours although I feel like I could hit the gym now I'll leave it till tomorrow night. 2439 calories 328g protein 98g carbs 79g fats.
I've decided that I'm going to go back to my strength training day on my changeover between day shift and night shift. On Friday I'll be doings squats, deads. Dumbbell press and standing barbell shoulder press. I haven't been doing it lately because of having a few nights off work and because of my back.
No more sides other than what's been discussed already.

Why do you plan to go BACK to the strength training?
I usually do a fullbody strength training day between my day and night shifts bit I haven't been lately due to me not actually working any more than one night in a row. Also I've layed off any heavy squats and deads due to my back injury. This weekend I'm working Friday Saturday and Sunday nights so I can't train and that gives my body time to recover before starting my split on Monday. You get what I'm trying to say??
