    Actually man yes I did. I would have something to eat for breakfast and unless I made myself eat I wouldn't be hungry for the rest of the day. Try and play around with your dosing. It might sound silly but in my case if I dose 2 - 3 hours before I workout I have no sides but if I dose an hour before i workout I feel like sh1t, get headaches, lethargy and have trouble getting my calories in for the day etc etc
    Play with your dosing an your timing and I'm you'll find out what works for you

    I was taking it in split dosages one two hours pre workout and the other at night but I thought I'd see what happens If I took both at once and I was quite impressed! my strength shot up and I managed to hit a few PRs on exercises which I've been stuck on for months. End of the day man everyone reacts differently and that seems to work for me.

    Today was a planned off day. I reduced the anadrol to 50mgs for today and tomorrow as tomorrow is another off day due to work commitments.
    Not much to report on actually i worked 14 hours today and will do the same tomorrow.
    Just eating and hopefully growing.
    Calories at 2356 protein 255g carbs 100g fats 91g.

    I think my nuts are starting to shrink. Was bound to happen I guess I couldn't get my hands on any HCG. Aggression still through the roof.

    Been having some PIP in my right delt. The last two times I've pinned there it's been sore for days! I'm on night shift tonight and I'll be awKw for close to 24 hours an I'm expecting my calories to be up around the 3800 - 4000 mark. Currently sitting at 2954. If I can get away with eating less I will. I always tend to overeat on night shift especially with carbs so I'm trying to tighten it up! Woke up at midday today and decided that despite PIP in my right shoulder it was shoulder day.

    My grip strength sucks so I've decided to add in a few of these every couple of workouts. I just threw my towel over the chin up bar and hang off it squeezing my grip. Burns like Fock.

    Am going to increase my calories as of Friday or saturday. Between 3200 and 3500 I'm thinking.

    Have I mentioned how much i hate night shift??

    I finished night shift at 0700 this morning had two tablespoons of natty PB and a protein shake and jumped into bed. Got five hours sleep, got up and hit the gym for an arms session.

    Tried something I saw on YouTube where you inwardly rotate your arm so that only you long head of the tricep is worked. It's quite humbling actually. Weight is waay down but you can definitely feel it working that long head.

    Good workout overall had a good pump and considering I was lethargic as fock prior to going down.

    Considering I'll only be awake for about 9 hours or so my calories are at 2709. Protein 220g carbs 258g fats 98g.

    No new sides to speak of.

    My back is feeling better but I think I'll give it another few days before I try heavy deads etc. Will probably hit back tomorrow but I'll keep deads to about 60% of my 1rm and do a bit of volume.

    Nah man it's never too long. This cycle is probably going to be 12 - 16 weeks and it's only just gone week four or so so there's another 8 weeks plus pct. I like to keep it up too because it keeps me accountable and on track.

    Won't log my calories today but if i were to hazard a guess they would have been up around the 4k mark. Had around the 300g protein.

    My nuts have definitely started to shrink. I'm also starting to feel really good. I think the ON feeling has arrived aggression is still up. Not about major things just the smallest things are really annoying me! Also starting to get more pimples on my shoulders and arms etc.

    Pretty happy with the way things have gone thus far. Been hitting PRs on a weekly basis. And the next week I've broken the same ones again. I have three days left of anadrol so I'm going to make the most of it! I'm quite sad to see the end of my kickstart. Have quite enjoyed it. Anadrol is the sh1t!

    Yeah originally it was supposed to be 16 weeks with a 5 week kickstart but I might have to cut it back to 12 because I've got a wedding to go where Im a groomsman and my suit has already been brought. I did make sure it was a bit too big for me when it was brought.

    Not much to report on today. I forgot that the gym is only open for three hours in the morning and three hours in the arvo. Was halfway through my chest workout and the lights went off lol so I had to go back in the arvo and finish. I forgot my logbook but I did incline bench for 200lbs for three sets and bench for 3 sets at 200 also.
    I don't like bench it always seems to give me a sore left shoulder so I'll go back to dumbbells from next week.
    I have increased my calories as of a couple days ago. probably will sit around the 3500 mark from now on.
    My nuts have officially shrunken. They're about peanut size now lol. My aggression is still up and libido is right up too. Can't seem to get enough. :P mrs is loving it!

    Today is my last day of anadrol at 100mgs. I have one 50ng tab left and my kickstart is over. Had a miserable sleep last night and was still pretty wrecked when I hit the gym. It showed too in what I could lift.

    No new sides to speak of. Have a few pimples popping up over the place but nothing too bad
    I think I might start dosing my AI EOD for a week or two. My joints are getting quite sore.

    Short and sweet but my quads were burning. I had very small rest periods, around 30secs max. I've been staying away from squats etc until my backs 100% but I might try some volume squats and deads on my big compound day on Friday.
    Diet wad a bit off today due to traveling, some of my calories came from but bars etc 3234 calories 234g protein 246g carbs and 139g fats (mostly good fats)
    Put on another two pounds since I increased my calories... Will probably keep it at 3200-3500 on all days except night shifts. Where ill lower them to around 2500.
    Been offered some tren e for cheap... Should I add it in or shouldn't I?? Decisions decisions!
    Probably take tomorrow as an off day. Feeling a bit battered.

    I've decided that I'm going to go back to my strength training day on my changeover between day shift and night shift. On Friday I'll be doings squats, deads. Dumbbell press and standing barbell shoulder press. I haven't been doing it lately because of having a few nights off work and because of my back.
    No more sides other than what's been discussed already.

    I usually do a fullbody strength training day between my day and night shifts bit I haven't been lately due to me not actually working any more than one night in a row. Also I've layed off any heavy squats and deads due to my back injury. This weekend I'm working Friday Saturday and Sunday nights so I can't train and that gives my body time to recover before starting my split on Monday. You get what I'm trying to say??
