    Took 100mgs anadrol

    Today was leg day and it didn't go too well because of my back. My plan was 10 sets of leg press followed by 7 sets of leg extensions. Turns out leg presses pinch my right side of my lower back so I did three relatively heavy sets but I couldn't come down as far as I normally do. Kind of just tested the water with other exercises to see how they felt and just kept it light.

    Leg day

    Leg press
    550 x 8 x 8 x 8 can do a lot more but didn't want to push it.

    Dumbbell front squat
    45lb dbs x 10 x 10 x 10

    Smith machine box squats
    135 x 16 x 15 x 15

    Leg extensions
    Plate 6/10 x 20 x 18 x 17 x 15 x 15 x 11 x 10

    Standing calve raise

    Sh1t squats
    Bw x 20 x 20 x 20

    Seated calve raise
    155 x 15 x 15 x 15 the last two reps were an enhanced negative on each set.

    Diet was mostly clean I did have some crumbed sweet chilli chicken tenders which probably aren't the best but fock it lol! Calories 3281 protein 290 carbs 244 fats 125.

    No sides apart from what I've mentioned in previous posts.

    Shoulders tomorrow and I'm keen as im going for PRs lots of PRs

    Eat clean, drop fat to a single digit... DO Hiit about 2 times a day, well that's what i'll try

    Just make sure your eating enough if your planning on doing HIIT twice daily on top of lifting. Would hate to for catabolism to kick in and strip you of your hard earned muscle. Cut carbs out and replace them with more protein. Have a refeed once a week to replenish your glycogen stores and you'll get there! Or just jump on some clen lol!

    My back is sore. has been all day. mustve slept on it wrong. i went down to the GP today and got his opinion and some pain killers, anto inflammatorys etc. looks like i have strained a facet of my back. theyre small bones on the side of the back which stop excessive movement. should be good to go in a week. he really dumb ed it down for me so i understood lol.

    Shoulder day

    dumbbell shoulder press
    70s x 12 x 10 x 9 drop 45s x 5 PR! for reps and sets

    strict overhead press (kept this light as its new to my routine)

    dumbbell front raise
    35s x 12 x 10 x 10

    Side lateral raises
    30 x 10 PR for reps
    25s x 12 x 10

    Reverse peck deck
    60 x 14 x 10 x 9

    Barbell shrugs
    225 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 9 grip started failing so i put straps on x 12 x 12 x 10

    Finished in under a hour. not a bad workout considering that i was seriously thinking about skipping gym today due to my sore back but after taking my anti inflammatorys i felt good.

    Sides : My aggression has gone up. was sh1tty all day and once i got in the gym i just took it all out in there. i mustve had a dont fock with me expression on my face because a few people were just staring at me and steering clear lol.

    Diet: has been good except for the apple pie with custard i had for a treat. calories were aroudn 3460 before my cheat meal pro 331 carbs 243 fat 119

    Yeah man, I would hate to lose the muscle too. but I thought to cut cause a leaner body is much more efficient... I might also lose up strength, as for eating, I am trying the best I can... Where the **** can I get Clen? LOL :P jk

    If you do it right man you shouldnt lose any strength. Just make sure you cut slowly, keep your protein high, your fats moderate and your carbs low.

  9. I was thinking of doing it as fast as possible... but even if it's done slow, muscle loss is a must for me, as I don't have a good nutrition...

    This is probably slightly off due to my gf making some homemade pumpkin soup which I had two bowls of and didn't know what to put in myfitnesspal.
    Not really any sides apart from a bit of aggression. Little things that I wouldn't usually care about are really pissing me off. Take last night for example the chick at the video store overcharged me $2.50 for a DVD. It's 24 hours later and I'm still annoyed about it lol!
    My back is feeling normal today which is great, no pain at all. Will still give it until next Friday before I push it.

    Today was supposed to be an off day but I have had a fair bit of aggression and they way that I get rid of it is always through the gym.

    Kept rest periods to a minimum. About 30 seconds between supersets. Had my heartrate up for pretty much the whole workout and I had a good sweat up.
    My back must be better because it's been fine the last two days. I haven't even needed my pain killers or anti inflammatories.
    My aggression has been through the roof. But apart from that I'm not really getting any sides. The backne that I started to get has subsided.
    Calories are at 2976. Will probably go and have a few strawberries for desert to get me over the 3k cals mark. Protein 253g carbs 198g fats 125g.
    Not much else to report on and the next few days will be pretty quiet due to work and a public holiday.

    Yeah the anadrol is pretty sweet aye! Strength has shot up! I've smashed out PRs on most o my major exercises. Once I found my dosing sweet spot all the sides I was having subsided.
    The sustanon 300 is just starting to show some effects. Aggression over the last week has been way up. Especially in the gym! Got another 9 weeks or so yet as I've had to cut my original plan short but that should be plenty enough to put on some size. It's the start of week four today so from here on out it should be getting really interesting!

    Actually man yes I did. I would have something to eat for breakfast and unless I made myself eat I wouldn't be hungry for the rest of the day. Try and play around with your dosing. It might sound silly but in my case if I dose 2 - 3 hours before I workout I have no sides but if I dose an hour before i workout I feel like sh1t, get headaches, lethargy and have trouble getting my calories in for the day etc etc
    Play with your dosing an your timing and I'm you'll find out what works for you

    I was taking it in split dosages one two hours pre workout and the other at night but I thought I'd see what happens If I took both at once and I was quite impressed! my strength shot up and I managed to hit a few PRs on exercises which I've been stuck on for months. End of the day man everyone reacts differently and that seems to work for me.

    Today was a planned off day. I reduced the anadrol to 50mgs for today and tomorrow as tomorrow is another off day due to work commitments.
    Not much to report on actually i worked 14 hours today and will do the same tomorrow.
    Just eating and hopefully growing.
    Calories at 2356 protein 255g carbs 100g fats 91g.

    Been having some PIP in my right delt. The last two times I've pinned there it's been sore for days! I'm on night shift tonight and I'll be awKw for close to 24 hours an I'm expecting my calories to be up around the 3800 - 4000 mark. Currently sitting at 2954. If I can get away with eating less I will. I always tend to overeat on night shift especially with carbs so I'm trying to tighten it up! Woke up at midday today and decided that despite PIP in my right shoulder it was shoulder day.

    My grip strength sucks so I've decided to add in a few of these every couple of workouts. I just threw my towel over the chin up bar and hang off it squeezing my grip. Burns like Fock.

    I finished night shift at 0700 this morning had two tablespoons of natty PB and a protein shake and jumped into bed. Got five hours sleep, got up and hit the gym for an arms session.

    Tried something I saw on YouTube where you inwardly rotate your arm so that only you long head of the tricep is worked. It's quite humbling actually. Weight is waay down but you can definitely feel it working that long head.

    My back is feeling better but I think I'll give it another few days before I try heavy deads etc. Will probably hit back tomorrow but I'll keep deads to about 60% of my 1rm and do a bit of volume.

    Nah man it's never too long. This cycle is probably going to be 12 - 16 weeks and it's only just gone week four or so so there's another 8 weeks plus pct. I like to keep it up too because it keeps me accountable and on track.

    Won't log my calories today but if i were to hazard a guess they would have been up around the 4k mark. Had around the 300g protein.

    My nuts have definitely started to shrink. I'm also starting to feel really good. I think the ON feeling has arrived aggression is still up. Not about major things just the smallest things are really annoying me! Also starting to get more pimples on my shoulders and arms etc.

    Pretty happy with the way things have gone thus far. Been hitting PRs on a weekly basis. And the next week I've broken the same ones again. I have three days left of anadrol so I'm going to make the most of it! I'm quite sad to see the end of my kickstart. Have quite enjoyed it. Anadrol is the sh1t!

    ohhh I see.. I just thought that the cycle should be about 4-5 weeks long so I just asked... it's good to have a long cycle thou.. keep going man...
