Was supposed to finish off with calves but I got chatting with one of the boys and ran outta time. Calories 3143 329g protein 199g carbs 106g fats. I think I found my sweet spot with the anadrol. Took it at 0800 and went to the gym at 12. Felt awesome . No headaches no sides just the strength increase!!
