    Was a bit disappointed that I couldn't do deads. My legs are starting to feel better. Hopefully should be back to normal by tomorrow . The only sides I'm getting at the moment is the sh1t feeling from the anadrol. It's easily manageable atm. Calories will be 3036 for the day. Pro 320g carbs 213 fats 103.
    I forgot to mention thatch hammer grip chins + the 25lb is a PR. And it was easy. Might try a 45 lb plate for my first work set next time. Two PRs in two days!

    80-85kgs is good man. Mine was about a 65kg the last time I did t-bars I think it'll be upto 80kg for now but I'll need some practice with it thou, It's good, don't push it too much. Work the muscle...

    Man IMO t bar rows are my staple back thickness exercise. Excellent for mass gains! I'm hoping after this cycle I'll be up over 100kg! Well that's my goal anyways!

    Sh1t workout. Most of my lifts went down. Not impressed at all. Just had no endurance. After my first set I kinda had nothing left for the remaining sets on that exercise. Must have been one of those days. Calories are at 3381 315g protein 244g carbs and 113g fats.
    The only side I'm getting is my nuts are starting to shrink. I couldn't get HCG so that's just going to be something I have to deal with.
    I'm getting some injection site pain with every injection that's lasting about 4-5 days. I also have a lump with a red circle around it. I know it's not anything to worry about just thought I'd mention it.

  10. The last two days have been absolutely FOCKED in the gym. I've started dosing my anadrol tabs before the gym. Don't do this. Nothing else has changed other than that and i have been feeling light headed, headaches, dizziness , lethargic you name it I've had it the last two days. Going to go back to dosing first thing in the AM tomorrow before breakfast. Will post up workout etc later.

    My leg is killing me. My right quad is swollen as fock still and the red ring is very sensitive to touch. It still feels like injection pain so im not that fussed but it's been five days or so. I still had some doms from my last leg workout so that combined with my sore quad I took it easy.

    Like I said in my earlier post I was FOCKED! I'm
    Going to dose my anadrol first thing in the am from now on out. Taking it before working out is not good. Lol diet was ok 3050 calories 330g protein 186g carbs 111g fats. Carbs probably a bit low for leg day but that's ok since I took it easier. No sides from the test yet and I'm hoping the dosing the anadrol in the am will fix the sides. Supposed to increase the dose tomorrow but I might hold off for a couple of days and are how I feel.

    From what I've read anadrol can make you feel like sh1t. But it was nowhere as bad when I was dosing it in the morning. I'll report back later today bro and let you know how it goes

    Well dosing the anadrol in the am seems to have kept the sides I was getting at bay. Still getting slight headaches once my bp went up so I'm pretty sure they're blood pressure headaches. They arent that bad and are quite bearable.

    Good workout overall but I'm going to drop the seated row. Stoked on the PR for deads! My goal is 405 for reps tho so I still have work to do. Pinned 150mg sus300 and took one anadrol tab. Will start dosing these at two per day starting tomorrow and see how it goes. The red circle on my leg has gotten bigger. I circled where it was last night and it's bigger now. On a positive tho the injection pain has gone down and the red ring has gotten a lot lighter in colour. I won't be doing quads again. I'll stick to glutes and delts.
    3125 calories 331g protein 192 g carbs and 101g fats. Probably need a few more carbs in my diet so I'll try and eat at least 250g carbs on workout days.

    Today was hectic. Had to travel 150 odd miles to our new house which settles tomorrow and I did have a cheat meal. I tried to be organized but my family wanted mcdonalds for lunch so I had a burger. I don't cheat very often like this so I'm not fussed about it. Had to workout in a different gym and I was pressed for time.

Calories are around the 3700 mark but my macro breakdown wouldn't be accurate because of my cheat meal. My leg is finally back to normal. Thank fock. Going in for legs tomorrow. Heavy legs!

  21. Looks like some of that 11lb is fat my girth has gone up half an inch maybe it's just water?? I'll be dropping all carbs on my off days saturday and Sunday and probably run at a deficit since I'll be working 12 hour days with fock all exercise see if that helps my case. I'm not overly worried about it tho tbh.

    Today was a planned off day. Kept calories low today and carbs under 50g. Protein 312g 39g carbs and 85g fats. 2268 calories in total. Worked 13 hours today and will do the same tomorrow. Cant wait to get back in the gym Monday. No sides as of yet. Tomorrow wont quite be so tight on diet as i have training for work so I can only eat what they give me ( usually a 300g steak burger )

    Another off day today. I can't focking wait to get back in the gym tomorrow!! I think I may have tweaked my back cutting open a car today. I'll probably avoid squats, deads etc until I can get to the chiro. Will make an appointment tomorrow. It doenst feel like anything major just a discomfort really but I'd rather err on the side of caution.
