My first injection went smooth. I was a little hesitant but once I saw how easily the needle went in I was relieved. Also I noticed shortly after I was done with my injection my left delt started mildly aching. I'm gonna try to massage it as much as possible before I go to the gym so that it doesn't get worse. I'll post another update after I go to the gym tonight.

Warm the syringe by holding it in your hands for 5-10 minutes so that the oil is body temp, inject at a slow controlled rate, but not too slow, and massage afterwards.

Also if its your first time them virgin muscles will stop aching after pinning them a few times.
My first was just like yours but I ended on pplex....it was a doozy!!

Thanks to everyone who subbed. Today I noticed my hunger and libido have definitely both increased. My left shoulder is still sore but it's very manageable. I have one more class then I'm off to the gym. I'll update shortly after. Also I apologize for the lack of detail in my updates but to be honest there isn't much to say lol.

Workout - Heavy lower back, leg shaping, obliques (5 sets each exercise)
Standard Deadlift 285 x 5
Leg extensions 100 lb x 10 (each leg)
Leg Curls 120 lb x 10 (each leg)
Smith machine Calf-raises 185 x 20
Wood Chops - 25 x 20
Oblique crunches (hyper-extension) 45lb plate x 10 each side
Solid workout. No new PRs or anything but my intensity was definitely good.

Thanks man! Btw I can now confirm my test is REAL lol. I feel like my body is kinda on fire not to mention I'm horny as fk haha. Last injectible cycle I did 2 years ago night sweats were a frequent thing. I'm VERY excited to get the ball rolling!!

The soreness in my left shoulder has gotten worse but it only aches when I raise it laterally or twist it sideways. Also idk if it's the Beastadrol or what but I started taking C4 before my workouts and it irritates the hell outta my stomach.
Diet- I originally planned on eating 3000 calories a day (65/35/20) 5 meals a day but tbh I'm really busy so I dont have much time to eat. I've just been listening to my body and eating appropriately. I'm still making sure to get over 300g of protein a day though.

Flat BB Bench Press 185 x 10 (5 sets)
Incline BB Bench Press 135 x 10 (5 sets)
HS high rows 100lbs each arm x 5 (5 sets)
Bent BB row 135 x 6-8 (5 sets)
Decline Box pushups with hands on a upside half circle 12 reps (5 sets)
Pec deck flys 150lbs x 6 (5 sets)
Upper back rear flys 85lbs x 6 (5 sets)
Seated Close grip cable rows 120lbs 12 reps , 140lbs 10 reps , 160lbs 8 reps 180lbs 6 reps
Leg Press - 2 plates each side 20 reps , 4 plates each 15 reps , 5 plates each side 10 reps , 6 plates each side 6 reps
Squat 185lbs x 6 (3 sets) 135lbs x 12 (3 sets)
I was actually really disappointed with my lifts today. I've lost A LOT of strength from working out on and off. I used to be able to do 225lbs on bench 10 times and now I can barely do it 3 times. Also my max on legpress was 1100. Hopefully I'll get all this strength back plus more.
Also I pinned for the 2nd time today in my right delt. I warmed it up this time in my hands for 10mins. The injection went very smooth but still felt like someone punched me in the shoulder minutes after. My left should still hurts from the injection monday. My next injection is Monday and I was wondering if it would be ok if I injected in my left delt again even though it may be still sore. Last injection cycle I did 2 years ago I did them wrong and I was walking around with a limp during my entire cycle. The reason I'd like to stick to just delts is that 1. I don't want to have to suffer through that again and 2. I like using 1/2 needles lol.
Edit: Also I never do legs with chest/upper back. Reason I did it today was because I wont have time to workout tomorrow.

Some TIPS please
Hey guys I had surgery last year to repair my ACL and it has not been an easy road to recovery. I am currently just getting back into working out and playing my variety sport on a regular daily basis. I got a bottle of MTest, a big bottle of the new SUPERPUMP MAX powder for pre workout, and a bag of revive powder for post workout recovery. I also have about 20 winstrol tabs left over from last summer. I play a varsity sport as well and I want to get back into the swing of things and performing to the top of my ability ASAP. So can I please get some tips on how I should take my supplements and some suggestions for some other ones to take to help me get back into things sooner rather than later. Also my best bets on how long the anabolic stuff will stay in my system so I can avoid a positive drug test.

Why not try the upper, outer portion of your thigh? It's nearly painless and is such a large muscle group that 1-2mL at a time is way less likely to leave soreness.
BTW, I'm not in any way attempting to reduce encouragement of any sort but your BF is much higher than 12%. I recently became aware that mine is only in the 11-11.9% range with superb accuracy. I'd rather you take the ego hit now than to be uninformed for years longer regarding BF measurements. Calipers and various tape measurement methods are good for tracking changes in bodyfat but for the sake of accuracy they usually read 2-3% lower than actual figures. Regardless, keep up the good work! You can easily lose 2% BF in this cycle and put on 10lbs!
