    Remember, gear increases your glycogen stores and when you diet your stores are mostly depleted. Not to mention the water that comes with it. Losing that extra water will help you look like you've lost a few pounds of fat in a very short time.

  3. Here is where I'm at so far. Got about 3-4 weeks of test left and 2-3 weeks of winny. 1st pic is me after Superdrol/before winny. 2nd is my current state right now. Currently at 196 pounds. Goal is to get to 190 and be shredded. I'm having trouble getting rid of fat around my waist. Ideas?

    Thanks guys I really appreciate the support!! I'm even shocked myself at the results so far. Absolutely love how my body looks but I'm not done just yet!

  10. Weighed in at 195 yesterday before bed and woke up at 193. Losing weight too fast so I'm carbing up today w/ a pizza. Tomorrow I'll be back to my diet.

    Edit: the morning before I weighed 195 on an empty stomach so either I lost a lot of water that day or I lost too much weight.

    I had the opposite to me happen. Yesterday morning a was 178. This morning after a clean diet day yesterday I was 187.5!!! WTF! ! ! !

  28. PCP is no joke when it comes to strength! Tried it at age 16 and the goal for the night was to flip a car. My friend and I did manage this feat with the help of a geo metro lol
