  1. Sweet potatos are KING! As for the pinning if I remember my research right spread your hand out. Place your pinky above your kneecap your thumb should be halfway up your quads. Now move your thumb to the outside of your leg and the middle of that quad muscle. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

  2. That sounds about right. I personally go up even further on ny leg than that - about another 1-2" higher up than where my thumb rests....

    That sounds right I guess it could depend on your development/mass of your quads too so take that into consideration....

    What size needle? I'd assume 1" right? Is there any chance I can get away with using a 1/2" needle? Thanks

  5. I would personally go with 1 inch but I'm sure you could do 1/2. My logic would be to get the test deeper in the muscle tissue. Anyone else have thoughts?

    Straight Leg Deadlift - 225 x 8 (3 sets)
    Standard Deadlift 225 x 10 (3 sets)
    Leg Extensions - 80lbs each leg x 12 (4 sets)
    Leg Curls - 80lbs x 12 each leg (4 sets)
    Calves on smith machine - 60lbs x 30 (6 sets)
    Hip Abductors/Adductors - 190lbs x 20 (4 sets)
    Obliques


    I was reading up on quad injections and it seems like a lot of people compain about hitting nerves. Any of you guys ever have problems injecting there?

    Single Arm DB rows - 90lbs x 6 (3 sets)
    Incline DB Press - 55lbs x 12 (3 sets)
    Bent BB rows - 95lbs x 12 (3 sets)
    Decline Pushups x 15 (3 sets)
    Pec Deck - 185 x 8 (3 sets)
    HS High Rows- 90lbs x 12 (3 sets)
    Cable Flys- 35lbs each arm x 6 (3 sets)

    I'm definitely turning heads at the gym
    . I pinned again today in my right delt. I've decided that I'm going to start pinning in my quads Monday so my delts can heal.

    My weight is so random. I weigh myself first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I think it's just gotta be the effect that test has on me. Whenever I'm on test sometimes it makes me feel like my body is on fire.

    Abduction/Adduction Machine
    Smith Machine Calf raises

    This week is pyramid week. Basically what the means is I start with easy weight and work my way up until I can't do 10 reps. Then I go all the way back down and that's a full set. I only do 1 set for each lift because I do all the reps back to back with no rest. I love it because it gives me a great pump and solid workout. Next week I'm back to heavy weight low reps.

    Also this is week 4 of beast and I was debating on just extending it to 6 weeks (20mg a day).

    Yeah I'm pretty sure people know I'm on gear too. I've had multiple people come up to me saying I've definitely gotten bigger. I honestly can't tell though lol.

    Also I'm not home right now so I'll make sure to update today's workout/weight later before bed.

    My libido has definitely hit the roof lol. Big girls looking better every day haha. I appreciate all the support guys. To be honest I'm struggling a bit with my diet but with all the support it makes me want to just keep pushing. Thanks!

    My diet is solid but it's getting kinda old. I find myself cheating 1-2 times a week. Once I'm off beast though I need to buckle down so i can starting trimming fat off.
