  2. Subbed. I also am a fan of quads. Glutes work fine too but it can be a bit awkward. Especially left glute if you are right handed.

    I've had pain away from the injection site too. Perhaps the injection is tracking in the muscle a bit or the pain is referred to a few inches away, who knows. It had always started to get better by 4-5 days since and never got red or anything like that.

    SS#1 Standing alternating dumbbell curls 40lbs x 15
    V handle cable tricep press downs 127lbs x 15

    SS#2 HS machine curls 50lbs x 12
    HS tricep extension 50lbs x 12

    Mood -
    I've been in a ****ty mood all day. My aggression has definitely increased and my patience is very thin. The smallest things are irritating me. Also the Beastadrol has fully kicked in. I'm always hungry , not to mention I really feel the side effects. I've decided I'm going to increase my calorie intake too. I really wanna see how much LBM beast can add.

    Lastly I did my 3rd injection today in my left delt and went very smooth. It's weird how when I inject I can literally feel the test go down my arm. It's so weird haha. Anyways it was very easy and not much pain afterwards.

  4. Day 9

    Diet- Idk what it is but my stomach is always killing me. Has anyone else had stomach issues with Beast? Also I feel dizzy from time to time.

    My left delt isn't nearly as sore was it was last week when I did my 1st injection. However my right delt is still throbbing from last friday. Can I use Icyhot packs/tylenol or will they interfere with my cycle? Thanks.

    I was originally gonna buy Dbol but I figured the money would be better spent on winstrol for the end of my cycle.

    I switch it up every week. 1 week 6-8 reps, another week supersets and high reps, next 75% full strength, and then for the last week I do a pyramid. It keeps my muscles confused and it prevents my workouts from getting old.

    I know I mentioned this before but man does this sh*t really mess with my emotions. I'm usually able to just brush off people but recently I find myself wanting to get in their face and knock the sh*t outta them. I don't believe in "Roid Rage" but I do think that steroids make you more of what you are. I'm usually a quiet person that holds in my feelings (including all my anger). Test just happens to make me want to express it. Overall though I'm doing great and I'm excited to start seeing more results.

    I agree.. don't believe in roid rage but I have a severe temper and test being up only makes me less caring if I don't hold my temper back as much.

    I felt like a total BEAST in the gym today!! My strength is definitely coming back!! I decided to see where my bench was at and I tried repping 225. Last week I did it 2 times and today I did it almost 6! I was supposed to do front squats today too but the pain from the bar being on my shoulders was unbearable lol. Also my leg press is slowly making it's way back up there. I feel extremely motivated now that I'm starting to see some really nice gains.

    I pinned again today in my right delt. I was surprised that it I could actually feel the needle going in. I aspirated and no blood came out but when I pulled out the needle it bled for a few minutes. Oh and I'm really starting to feel the calve pumps. I notice it mainly when I'm walking to class.

    I'm starting to notice veins popping up in places that they usually don't pop up at. I'm REALLY looking forward to next week!

    I pinned again today and I think I need to start opening my options up and start pinning my glutes/quads. Any help on where to pin specifically would be appreciated. Thanks. Oh and I FINALLY got some sweet potatoes .... meals should be a lot easier to eat now haha.

  21. Sweet potatos are KING! As for the pinning if I remember my research right spread your hand out. Place your pinky above your kneecap your thumb should be halfway up your quads. Now move your thumb to the outside of your leg and the middle of that quad muscle. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

  22. That sounds about right. I personally go up even further on ny leg than that - about another 1-2" higher up than where my thumb rests....

    That sounds right I guess it could depend on your development/mass of your quads too so take that into consideration....

  25. I would personally go with 1 inch but I'm sure you could do 1/2. My logic would be to get the test deeper in the muscle tissue. Anyone else have thoughts?
