DAY 1

My first injection went smooth. I was a little hesitant but once I saw how easily the needle went in I was relieved. Also I noticed shortly after I was done with my injection my left delt started mildly aching. I'm gonna try to massage it as much as possible before I go to the gym so that it doesn't get worse. I'll post another update after I go to the gym tonight.

Warm the syringe by holding it in your hands for 5-10 minutes so that the oil is body temp, inject at a slow controlled rate, but not too slow, and massage afterwards.

Good luck on the cycle.

Also if its your first time them virgin muscles will stop aching after pinning them a few times.

My first was just like yours but I ended on pplex....it was a doozy!!

Thanks to everyone who subbed. :welcome: Today I noticed my hunger and libido have definitely both increased. My left shoulder is still sore but it's very manageable. I have one more class then I'm off to the gym. I'll update shortly after. Also I apologize for the lack of detail in my updates but to be honest there isn't much to say lol.

Leg extensions 100 lb x 10 (each leg)
Leg Curls 120 lb x 10 (each leg)

Oblique crunches (hyper-extension) 45lb plate x 10 each side

Solid workout. No new PRs or anything but my intensity was definitely good.

Thanks man! Btw I can now confirm my test is REAL lol. I feel like my body is kinda on fire not to mention I'm horny as fk haha. Last injectible cycle I did 2 years ago night sweats were a frequent thing. I'm VERY excited to get the ball rolling!! :aargh4:

The soreness in my left shoulder has gotten worse but it only aches when I raise it laterally or twist it sideways. Also idk if it's the Beastadrol or what but I started taking C4 before my workouts and it irritates the hell outta my stomach.

Diet- I originally planned on eating 3000 calories a day (65/35/20) 5 meals a day but tbh I'm really busy so I dont have much time to eat. I've just been listening to my body and eating appropriately. I'm still making sure to get over 300g of protein a day though.

I was actually really disappointed with my lifts today. I've lost A LOT of strength from working out on and off. I used to be able to do 225lbs on bench 10 times and now I can barely do it 3 times. Also my max on legpress was 1100. Hopefully I'll get all this strength back plus more.

Also I pinned for the 2nd time today in my right delt. I warmed it up this time in my hands for 10mins. The injection went very smooth but still felt like someone punched me in the shoulder minutes after. My left should still hurts from the injection monday. My next injection is Monday and I was wondering if it would be ok if I injected in my left delt again even though it may be still sore. Last injection cycle I did 2 years ago I did them wrong and I was walking around with a limp during my entire cycle. The reason I'd like to stick to just delts is that 1. I don't want to have to suffer through that again and 2. I like using 1/2 needles lol.


Edit: Also I never do legs with chest/upper back. Reason I did it today was because I wont have time to workout tomorrow.

Some TIPS please

Hey guys I had surgery last year to repair my ACL and it has not been an easy road to recovery. I am currently just getting back into working out and playing my variety sport on a regular daily basis. I got a bottle of MTest, a big bottle of the new SUPERPUMP MAX powder for pre workout, and a bag of revive powder for post workout recovery. I also have about 20 winstrol tabs left over from last summer. I play a varsity sport as well and I want to get back into the swing of things and performing to the top of my ability ASAP. So can I please get some tips on how I should take my supplements and some suggestions for some other ones to take to help me get back into things sooner rather than later. Also my best bets on how long the anabolic stuff will stay in my system so I can avoid a positive drug test.

Why not try the upper, outer portion of your thigh? It's nearly painless and is such a large muscle group that 1-2mL at a time is way less likely to leave soreness.

BTW, I'm not in any way attempting to reduce encouragement of any sort but your BF is much higher than 12%. I recently became aware that mine is only in the 11-11.9% range with superb accuracy. I'd rather you take the ego hit now than to be uninformed for years longer regarding BF measurements. Calipers and various tape measurement methods are good for tracking changes in bodyfat but for the sake of accuracy they usually read 2-3% lower than actual figures. Regardless, keep up the good work! You can easily lose 2% BF in this cycle and put on 10lbs!

Nah it's cool man. I definitely appreciate the honesty. Do you think it's reasonable to aim for 10% BF at the end of my cycle? My diet is very clean and I have a fast metabolism. I'd honestly be satisfied with dropping to 10% BF and only putting on 5lbs of LBM. Also I take it's not a good idea to inject in my delts again so fast?

Fast, slow - it doesnt matter too much really. I used to take 3 minutes to pin 2.5mL into my quads. Now it only takes about 30 seconds and it still doesnt cobtribute much soreness. The best thing u have goin for u is repetition. Also, limitation I would place on delts is 1 cc/mL max for the first few weeks. Then taper to 1.25cc max.

As for BF, u could lose 3% or better IF ur diet and cardio are consistent.. Its possible.

Only 3000 calories?? I'd aim for at least 4000. If I was you I'd make time to pre-prepare food so when it's time to eat it's all ready to go. Anyways subd for the ride bro!

Well it will be just barely a week tomorrow since I injected there so will that be sufficient enough? If not I guess I'll look up more info about quads.

Well the injection site isn't sore. It's the side of my bicep on the same arm. It also still hurts when I lift my arm up laterally.

I always prefered quads and glutes to delts myself, easier to reach properly due to my short t-rex arms :D

Subbed. I also am a fan of quads. Glutes work fine too but it can be a bit awkward. Especially left glute if you are right handed.

I've had pain away from the injection site too. Perhaps the injection is tracking in the muscle a bit or the pain is referred to a few inches away, who knows. It had always started to get better by 4-5 days since and never got red or anything like that.

I've been in a ****ty mood all day. My aggression has definitely increased and my patience is very thin. The smallest things are irritating me. Also the Beastadrol has fully kicked in. I'm always hungry , not to mention I really feel the side effects. I've decided I'm going to increase my calorie intake too. I really wanna see how much LBM beast can add.

Lastly I did my 3rd injection today in my left delt and went very smooth. It's weird how when I inject I can literally feel the test go down my arm. It's so weird haha. Anyways it was very easy and not much pain afterwards.

I was originally gonna buy Dbol but I figured the money would be better spent on winstrol for the end of my cycle.

I switch it up every week. 1 week 6-8 reps, another week supersets and high reps, next 75% full strength, and then for the last week I do a pyramid. It keeps my muscles confused and it prevents my workouts from getting old.

I'm usually able to just brush off people but recently I find myself wanting to get in their face and knock the sh*t outta them. I don't believe in "Roid Rage" but I do think that steroids make you more of what you are. I'm usually a quiet person that holds in my feelings (including all my anger). Test just happens to make me want to express it. Overall though I'm doing great and I'm excited to start seeing more results.

I agree.. don't believe in roid rage but I have a severe temper and test being up only makes me less caring if I don't hold my temper back as much.

I felt like a total BEAST in the gym today!! My strength is definitely coming back!! I decided to see where my bench was at and I tried repping 225. Last week I did it 2 times and today I did it almost 6! I was supposed to do front squats today too but the pain from the bar being on my shoulders was unbearable lol. Also my leg press is slowly making it's way back up there. I feel extremely motivated now that I'm starting to see some really nice gains.

I pinned again today in my right delt. I was surprised that it I could actually feel the needle going in. I aspirated and no blood came out but when I pulled out the needle it bled for a few minutes. Oh and I'm really starting to feel the calve pumps. I notice it mainly when I'm walking to class.
