    Masturbation


    Does jerking off like a monster once a day produce negative effects for bodybuilders? LOL

    Because sometimes I'll go to bangbros and after im done a good portion of the day i feel alot less energetic. Ive heard the body produces natural sedatives after you wank. (dunno)

    Is there any corellation between jerking off, and the sluggishness?

    Or is it just psychological?

    Well, I don't know if you are seriously curious here but masturbation actually increases testosterone levels if done at a moderate level. The increase is only slight I am sure, but there is an increase none the less. It is actually detrimental for males not to ejaculate on a regular basis. So pretty much paint the town white bro.

    depends on the penis, i make mine lift 25lb weights and has more test then a human.

    anyway back to the topic, after all the blood pumping your body probably feels it needs to rest so yeah you'll feel sluggish but you'll regain energy back pretty soon xD

    Seriously tho... I read somewhere that after ejaculation something is released in the brain that normally has a relaxing effect. If I find it I'll let you know what it's called.

    You said it in moderation. and again too much , when yu ejaculate your body releases oxytocin,Not ejaculating for Seven days increases testostrone levels. day one test levcels increases 6.3 percent , up intill day six where they riases ten percent, and on day seven test levels increases twenty five percent. Rhojo, something to consider timing on your next fight if your not using androgen's.Heres a thread on it with the PUBMED study listed in it. the study was done in China

    Does not ejaculating increase NATURAL TESTOSTONE LEVELS?

    when i was in basic training a few years back i went over 50 days without masturbating. my test levels must have been through the roof. when i finally did masturbate i nutted before my johnson was even half way hard.

    I find no evidence that ejaculation is necessary. Nothing 'bad' is going to happen physically or mentally to anyone regardless.

    You can develop prostate problems if you don't "keep the pipes flushed" as my Dr. put it.

    That is the general assumption. However there are plenty of prostate problems in older men. Pipes flushed or not.

    Regardless there are no studies to back up your doctor's flushed pipe theory.

    Yeah,most problems in older men are caused by estrogen imbalances,but I still prefer to stay flushed 6-7 times a week anyway!

    I dunno but im only 18 and i was hung all the time and beated off like 8 times a day for like 1 year now i think i hurt my self because its hard to get up now and doesnt get as hard dont know im hoping its stress like my dad said, gunna check with doctor 1st tho... =(

    But I have heard, that men can have prostate issues if the 'pipes aren't cleared' regularly, regularly is obviously quite subjective. Somebody, quick, do their thesis on this....lol
