Man, here lately I've had a thing for putting all kinds of food in tortilla wraps. Chicken, fish, beans, rice, hot sauce, whatever. My question is what's the healthiest wrap? I've been getting the wraps from SAMs club, 20 to a pack and about 5" in diameter. Let me know what everyone thinks!
Thanks!!!

I've been using gluten free wraps. I believe they're made from brown rice.

. My question is what's the healthiest wrap?
Thanks!!!
Ezekiel tortilla wraps by Food For Life are the most healthy, you can get them at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, your local health food store. They are sprouted so you will need to keep them in the fridge or freezer for long term.
