Transdermal AA sounds like an interesting idea. This would be localized though, which I'm not sure about.
For example, back day will elicit some difficulties in application.
Also the skin on the back, shoulders is thicker than most other parts of the body, correct?

This means basically 10G per day for 50 days.
The bulk X-factor is 10% concentration while the soft gels are 40% I believe.
Also, Dosages work like this 10g divided 4-3 times per day depending on day.
Workout day dosage:
2.5g or 1 soft gel with food
5g or 2 soft gels pre workout
2.5g or 1 soft gel at night or afternoon meals.
Non workout day dosage:
2.5g split up evenly 4 times.
Thats how I would do it or I usually do it. Remember to avoid certian foods to get the best results. Dosage may be different depending on if you decide to mega dose (aka buy 2 500g of bulk X-Factor) you can play around with it but 2 soft gels or 5g pre work out is typical.
Also you can find useful info on how to mix your bulk AA because capping it is very inconvient. (15 capsules per day due to low concentration I believe)
You can mix and match around but here's an experiment that dsade whipped up.

But what about if I turn it into a transdermal like dsade suggests? What amount of bulk F-factor could I dissolve into Penetrate (http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/3...rate-8oz.html), and how many ml per day would I need to use?
Just trying to figure out if there's actually any point doing it transdermally...
Transdermal might be doable with 100% AA already suspended in something...
