But be aware they dont ship directly to AU, i had to use a mail forwarder. shipito.com to be exact.

But GWP has free shipping to a US address so i really wasnt out of pocket that much at all.

Yea its great and its one of the cheapest around. I bought a year membership for $50. Alternatively you can just pay $8.50 processing fee for each package they receive plus actual shipping costs.


I bought a **** load of supps when NP had their NYE sale. I got it all send to my shipito address for $6 then paid shipito about $90 to send it to AU via TNT. NP wanted $135+

Plus i can now buy stuff from amazon with no worries.

Sounds good! There is a US sport shoe website that would be handy as well - wont send directly to Aus as their is an agreement with Aussie suppliers. Fk it sounds like everyone is out to rip us off!

I bought USP LABS VERSA-1, and some other site wanted 30-40US for 2 bottles! I was like WTF.

I signed up for "Bongous" as a drop shipper. Shipping rates about same as the others but they don't use USPS, they use Fedex so thats not as good. In order to signup as I have US id's, they made me fill out their USPS 1583 form. No problem. But then they wanted the bastard notarized. Not a big deal I thought. I found out in AUS a notary signature to verify id costs $100. What a joke! In the US its free. Just about everything in AUS is a rip off after having lived in the US. NP is not a bad deal but can be confusing when selecting their shipping options as to which one is USPS. Is it the least expensive option? Tigerfitness is not bad as well, a little more but similar shipping options.

Most food products are considered high risk; i'd er on the side of caution and so no, it won't get through. Protein usually doesn't.

I'm not sure, but it's not hard to make your own. Thermos and blender, powdered oats, whey etc

But I like the convenience and taste of the RTD.

I only have protein powder like 4 times a week if that so when I do I love how it's nice and fresh etc
