My Lab Work - Any suggestions?
Had my blood done, can you take a look and see if anything stands out? I'm based in the uk so I had to pay for these, bear with me! I'm 28/174cm/155lbs (Id say around 10-13pc body fat)
ED all my life ,even viagra/cialis/levitra do not work when situation arises
anxiety (maybe due to fact I can't perform) fatigue ( even after full 8 hours sleep, come Mid-day I start to get fatigued )
difficult to obtain muscle mass
fat on belly and chest but skinny arms and legs and neck
dark under eye circles appeared suddenly 2 years ago when I was stressed
GI issues ( constipation )
seb dermatitis and slight rosacea (around tzone and corners of nose )
dry skin all over legs and arms
- Watched porn since 16, porn addiction. Been porn free for 7 days now and intend to keep it that way!
- I used to be very skinny, 108lbs until 1-2 years ago
- I drink a lot of whole milk with my protein shakes, possible allergy?
- Had a period of stress about 2 years ago, its over now but maybe I haven't recovered? ED existed before then
supplements/vitamins I take
1g of vit c daily
vitamin d 5000iu
vitamin B complex
super cortisol support
ZMA before bed
blood test results ( Taken at 9.30am, 2 hours 30 minutes after waking, Note that i didnt work out 2 weeks before this )

Your blood works looks fine to me.
Although i am bot doctor.
Also did you get your estrogen and prolactin tested? Im on my phone and might of missed it. But they will be a good indication to you ED

I got my prolactin results back,
343 [ 86-324 ] H
significant? perhaps this is effecting the high TSH?

Adrenals are a huge red flag with low platelets <220
Neurotransmitters are whacked out from pulling your pud to porn. Probably have GAD with COMT genetic mutations which are highly associated with addiction....Among others. Beating your meat can raise prolactin 24 hours before taken blood work. Blokes over there are way behind the times in integrative medicines. See these type of cases from Doctors on a weekly basis. Sorry but you need to correct the neurotransmitter chemistry, mainly dopamine since you blew it all out (no pun intended) ..

thank you for reply. I have stopped watching porn now, and havent pulled my wang since the 13th of May, maybe my prolactin levels are higher and they are on the comedown now? Perhaps thats been cause of my ed all along? Would you suggest checking adrenals > fixing prolactin > fixing thyroid? I see that my albumin and shbg is high, any tips of freeing up more testosterone?

One needs to look at total history as well as the possible underlying pathology.
You can not out think the body, just as you try you end up getting screwed. Why proper evaluation is crucial not just looking at your hormones. More important brain chemistry, immune system, adrenals, methylation and other genetic pathways as well multiple other factors which Doctors are too lazy to further examine. The end result you feel like a ping pong ball being knocked around.

started a liver detox and colon cleanse 2 weeks ago, going to retest shbg in few weeks, see if any improvement.. if not, maybe a liver scan or colonoscopy, started being more active, drinking more water.. perhaps food allergy, lets see

I would start with food allergies and the entire diet first and go on from there. Go basic, no wheat, no processed foods, no chemicals as much as possible for 6 months then retest. Go for fresh meats, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, patatoes and spices. Drop all vegetable oils, stick with uncooked cold pressed olive oil for salads and vinegar(balsamic for taste). For cooking use high oleic safflower oil or high oleic sunflower oil.
