Labwork Review: Suggestions on Supplements

Looking for supplement advice...or lack there of...

Got my annual labs back and am a bit dumbfounded by the substantial drop compared to the previous three years. I'm 5'10", 185lbs, 18% bf, workout 4-5 days a week, eat a pretty clean diet and multiple times a day.

I usually take LJ100 for about 5-6 weeks, then take 2 off and also supplement with maca 5 days a week. This has been my regiment for about 4 years now. I can't understand why my E2 would drop so much??

I'm going to be 44 in December and I'm not desiring to jump into TRT just yet, though over half my friends at my age are on it to optimize. I'm wondering if I need to just stop supplements completely.

I was laid off two months ago and my anxiety and stress has increased quite a bit, so maybe that explains the substantial drop from previous years. Please weigh in on what you guys think about this and my labs below.

Should I stay away from supplements like LJ100, boron, maca for 3 months and retest then? What do you guys suggest I do?

THANK YOU!

I'm guessing stress from being laid off is affecting your levels. I'm sure once you find a job you'll mentally feel better and that will reflect on your values.

Thanks, man. I may consider staying on Boron at 9mg 5/2 and see if that helps. Cheers.
