    As Beast said, you should be G2G. Yes, increase calories during a bulk. Start with your maintenance level and add 500. If after a couple weeks you still need more, add another 200-250.

    I was thinking about adding in a bottle of M1D andro, but upon looking to buy, I noticed some major differences between the liquid and caps.

    caps being 100mg of the hormone, and 700mg of metabolism complex
    Liquid being 30mg of the hormones, without the metabolism complex.

    So, would it better do grab the caps or liquid?
    I all ready will be taking the 1-andro liquid.

    I have been calculating with things online concering my maintenance needs, and it comes out to 2200 or 2600...if I put in moderate or intense activity. I workout 6 days in a row, about 1-1 1/2 hours each day...Right now I am cutting at 1,400.

    And to bulk I plan to increase 500 calories and go from there, but from your best guess, Should I start at 22 or 26?

    The liquid would be the better choice. The difference in dose is because of the delivery systems. The metabolism complex is to help with absorption of the compound in the stomach and gut. Since the liquid enters through a different pathway, it doesn't require the buffer.

    I would use 2400 as your baseline and start your bulk with 2900-3000/ day.

    I gain fat really easily...that may be because i'm cutting at 1400 per day, so when I do eat it instantly turns to fat.....

    OK, perhaps I misunderstood but I thought you were saying 2200- 2600 was your intake to just maintain what you have. If you are wanting to bulk, then the intake has to go up to accommodate growth. Otherwise, you are just spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere. If you keep your diet clean and do a 6 meal/ day plan, 2900-3000 calories per day is only 480/ meal. I like to split mine up every 3 hours. Works out pretty well. Another thing that helps is to start with the first meal being the highest value of calories and the last meal is the lowest amount. Then adjust the other meals as needed.

    So you're saying that you are just now starting to go to the gym? If so, the only products of ours I would recommend for you right now is our protein and our preworkout. Those are Lipotropic Protein and EPIC. Our other products are not right for you at this time.

    Yeah, I have done a few of those online calculators and they say my maintenance is around 2500....but when I eat that much I instantly start to gain body fat in my abdomen....so I'm quite afraid to eat more then 2300 to start my bulk....but I would rather have my PH work, then have them wasted because i'm afraid of a few extra fat pounds....So, I guess I start at 2700 a day, and make weekly changes.

    i totally agree with Luke on this one just use the protein and epic and worry about the other products later. Of course u want you to use them cause LG's new line is great but I'd rather see you get some time in the gym first you'll drop weight and build muscle fast cause your body is not gonna be used to it.

    I will be running 2 bottles of 1-andro followed by form-xt....what cycle length is best.
    I was thinking of doing 4 doses a day, 2ml throughout the day and 3ml at night, which would give me 5.7 weeks on the cycle. To me that seems best, as it's the closest I can get to 6 weeks.
    weeks 1-4 1-andro
    weeks 4-5.7 form xt.
    weeks completeion of form xt.

    OR also adding in finaflex 1-ad at two pills a day, gives me 4.2 weeks...

    So
    weeks 1-2 1-andro
    weeks 2-5.7 (end of both products)
    followed by form-xt mid way through week 5.

    suggestions?

    I would go with set up 1 only because I did the same thing I just had m1d in my second week and finished out in that order. Loved it!

    So, upon further research 1-AD/M1D converts to 1-test, which with my 1-andro converts to 1-test, so I will be taking 4-AD throughout my 1-andro stack.

    And where dosing correct? Giving me 5.7 weeks? or is it somehow possible to get 6 weeks solid?
    I just want to keep my saturation levels up with the 1-andro.

    So, weeks 1-5.7....4 does of 1-andro and two pills of 4-AD.
    Middle of week 5.7 start my PCT.

    Here's the problem, and I think you found it. ANYTHING and EVERYTHING will eventually shut you down. Its how this whole PH game works. Everyone knows that, but its when you play it safe and know when to back off is when you will be good.

    Beast might have misspoke, but yes, eventually this stuff/like anything else will shut you down. Just need to watch what you in take and make sure you have a PROPER PCT/SERM lined up

    Geezer is only in week three, I am still new to the ph scene but I thought that was a drastic drop for three weeks. I could be completely wrong about what is a reasonable amount of time into a cycle before such a drop. I wasn't in anyway trying to call Beast out or anything. Just wanted to future my understanding because 1-andro is looking promising for me in the future and I want to know what I am getting into and fully understand any risk. Thank you for helping me out there.

    here's the thing, any hormonal manipulating coumpound is capable of shutting you down...

    if a ph does not shut you down, IT DOESN'T WORK

    if it is legit, you'll be shut down, whether you feel it or not, so imho its irrelevant to ask if a ph will cause shutdown

    Well for me last month I did ANDRO&M1D and took a month off and about to do it again IMO I think if you use formxt as your pct and then a month completely clean your good to go that next month. But that's only mo!
