    Anyway, I trained delts. As far as effect go, fullness and pump was definitely there, vascularity was good but not great. What I noticed the most was the fullness in my muscles.

    My food intake for that day was pretty poor in regards to how much I ate. I like to eat 2-3 meals before I train (I only had one smaller meal).

    I'll be trying this at least 5 more times. I need to heal up and see how things go with a larger muscle group.

    Awesome man.. but sorry about the jaw pain! Its the fullness i care about most. Fullness makes me stronger.. vascularity just gets me attention haha

  3. Since most pwo's are suggested to be taken on an empty stomach, just curious when you would dose maximize intense in all this?

    I always take my maximize intense at the same time as my hemavol. I just mix em together so I don't have to drink two different things

    Thanks. That's what I do now, just didn't know if the soup would make the maximize intense any less effective. I love the hemavol/MI combo pre-workout! Just stocked up on the hemavol/compete deal from another site, excited to try this little protocol.

  7. Im gonna start this on monday, picked up about a year supply of hemavol. Ill be using slinsane for the na-R-ALA. It has 143mg, should i use 1 or 2 caps?

  9. I appreciate your response bro. thats a great deal with the Hemavol/Compete. Compete has been a staple, really like the hydration aspect. Been using Hemavol for a bit, but never really felt the "pump", whether using hemavol, bulk ingredients, or any other product. Im hoping this will do the trick so i can see what everyone gets excited about

    tried it 3 times, it was some massive amounts o pump. i would never do this on a legs day. unless i want elephant leg type pump

    Food + blood pumps are essential to maximum fullness and vascularity imo. The last part with the candy is essential as well!!

  25. I used marshmellows instead of candy and works just as well. Candy gives me a tummy ache and I felt like I could've kept lifting. I love the carb overload.

    with a pump like people are saying i'm sure pushing some compete into the muscles at that time would be amazing

    I do 2 scoops compete pre and 1 intra

    My game plan is going to be 1 scoop compete intra mixed with 1 scoop of bcaa's since i have a ton of bcaa powder in my stash

    haha no no bulk bcaa's, i made that mistake before.....i have a tub of recoverpro, half tub of recoverpro, and a tub of those bcaas from athletic xtreme.....i think mixing them in with something a bit more complete in terms of intra workout like compete will just make everything that much better

    as i stated in another thread, i got a free jug of size on max....i think the size on and compete together will be a really amazing intra workout drink to aid in adding some good weight, probably start that in october

    I can't do bulk bcaa's I made that mistake as well haha. But maybe the Compete would overpower the taste?

    Oh.. I mix bcaas with compete all the time.. actually EEAs but same shiat.

  35. i'm thinking fruit punch compete mixed with some raspberry recoverpro and until i run out grape humapro....should be really solid even if i use smaller doses of each
