    Got it, thanks . I tried doing it Pre workout, but noticed less energy when I did hiit cardio.. Lifting and or low intensity cardio was ok.. But hiit was tough..

    I don't like the idea of taking a GDA then going to train for an hour+ I have heard it's good for fat loss, but so is having the energy to train intense.

    Wouldn't emptying glucose levels prior to training, then training. Be counter productive? It also sounds like it HAS THE POSSIBILITY to be stressful to the liver IMO as you basically over deplete glycogen then make it process an excessive amount at once. In fact I had a doctor yell at me for IF diet because he said it was over stressing my liver by training fasted...Add a GdA...

    Note: never saw that doctor again. Liver enzymes came back fine (after a friends batchlor weekend too)

    Let's remember livers are resilient, and I cannot imagine this would compare to drinking or AAS use.

    Training will deplete glycogen enough IMO. I think the combination (gda) is why your training stalled.

    I agree.. I tries it for a month And didn't really notice any positive effects with a Pre workout dose. In the past, I did dose intra workout as I states earlier .. That seemed to work better.. Perhaps no dosing aroun workouts for a while And just use with food

    If your cardio and weights were separate I would say a pre cardio dose would be great. I dont like the idea pre work out, especially 1+ hours

    Always here to help. Cardio sessions should not be to long, I still recommend a lower dose for longer time peroid... But I feel this way about all supplements.

    if i was to do cardio at like 8 a.m with a da then not train will 4 would tha tbe ok or do u think i wudl fel like crap all day?

    also.....i go to bed around midniht, right after finishing my meal.....if i work in the morning i usually workout around 430-7 then come home and tart cookin, i will then eat from anyhwere from 830 till i go to bed........

    if i do not work, i will usually workout somewhere around 2 or 3 till about 5-530 then ill either have a trainin client or train my mom and jut sip on bcaas till around 6-7 when i again will cook and then eat, usually dont start eating any earlier than 7.......also, i get all my calories in in that time today. is 4400!!!! did way t much cardio plu a long lifting sesssion so i gotta account for it, takin a break from eating right now, pretty damn full

    Got my Slin-Sane today. Idk why but I couldn't resist opening it up to see the caps inside. Cool blue/white color scheme (not that any of that matters). May try a dose prior to my pre-workout meal tomorrow. Not sure I really am looking for a ton of performance benefits, I bought my bottle more based on some of the general health aspects of a couple of the ingredients, but hey it'll be awesome if I see some!

    Very true. In fact some need dirty calories just to gain any weight. Others look at carbs and gain weight.

    That poem wasn't intended for you - those were Smitty's wedding vows. He does usually like to include some nudez though....

    Unfortunately, this post (Banaba and Corosolic Acid: Which % is most effective? - started by mrcooper69) seems to have died, so I am moving my question over here since it relates to the dosage of corosolic acid that SlinSlane v2 uses.

    I'm looking forward to trying it, but was hoping to get some views on the following:
    The product seems to be getting some good feedback both on the ingredient profile when it was released and some early logs. However, I was curious as to how effective the 100mg of 1% extract (1mg corosolic acid) is as there have been other posts saying that a much higher dose would be needed.
    Also, I've seen Mr. Cooper recommend 300mg - 600mg of Na R-ALA daily. SlinSane v2 at the recommended dose gives you 286mg... assume this is close enough?
