  2. Always here to help. Cardio sessions should not be to long, I still recommend a lower dose for longer time peroid... But I feel this way about all supplements.

  3. if i was to do cardio at like 8 a.m with a da then not train will 4 would tha tbe ok or do u think i wudl fel like crap all day?

  4. also.....i go to bed around midniht, right after finishing my meal.....if i work in the morning i usually workout around 430-7 then come home and tart cookin, i will then eat from anyhwere from 830 till i go to bed........

    if i do not work, i will usually workout somewhere around 2 or 3 till about 5-530 then ill either have a trainin client or train my mom and jut sip on bcaas till around 6-7 when i again will cook and then eat, usually dont start eating any earlier than 7.......also, i get all my calories in in that time today. is 4400!!!! did way t much cardio plu a long lifting sesssion so i gotta account for it, takin a break from eating right now, pretty damn full

    V2 needs to be dosed daily; Don't see a problem with that I guess.
    I'll have to try a bottle, I'm a GDA fan.

    - Some of you guys should follow 40/30/30 & just eat right.

  9. There's really no need to complicate the issue. Take it prior to a meal with carbs. End of story.

  12. Got my Slin-Sane today. Idk why but I couldn't resist opening it up to see the caps inside. Cool blue/white color scheme (not that any of that matters). May try a dose prior to my pre-workout meal tomorrow. Not sure I really am looking for a ton of performance benefits, I bought my bottle more based on some of the general health aspects of a couple of the ingredients, but hey it'll be awesome if I see some!

    Very true. In fact some need dirty calories just to gain any weight. Others look at carbs and gain weight.
