Yeah, gbc for the cut phase of the pal transformation. decided to go with M W F with cardio + maybe some additional stuff (some ab work maybe) on tues/thurs/sat, and take sunday as rest. not sure what i'll switch to after that, as I got picked to do the x-factor/mass-fx with a substitution of superdrol-ng in place of the mass-fx.

Make sure you take ATD (50mg before bed) if you are going to mega dose DHEA.

well, SDNG has 7.5mg of ATD per 170mg of DHEA
OK...I forgot you were hitting the SDng just like you son :)

I'm taking 50mg ATD w/ 300mg of DHEA. My ratio is considerably higher. My understanding is that anything higher than 75mg will kill libido.

I guess i'll end up at 22.5mg of ATD with 510 of dhea @ 3/day.

The GBC was pre-during-and post exhaustion! LOL

I agree that 3 sets, just isn't doing it for me. However, I did find that after the 3 weeks of GBC my strength was up. I was using 80lbs DB for the flat bench with no prob. I may add another set or two to the *ahem* "long limb" exercises.

As far as the stack, honestly haven't seen too much. The 1st week I saw some visible gains in my shoulders and upper body but nothing since. I took some measurements a few days ago and I upped my 1-AD to 600mg as of yesterday. It may have lost some potency.

See...1 post...3 answers...efficiency!

Im here...just left my browser up while I was at the Gym. Neovar delivers some nice pumps...legs look quite large after teh workout today.

Been there brother...keep working at it! I mean this with no disresepect, at 24% you should not be worried about supp a or supp b...you need to get your diet and exercise program dialed in...then when you hit a wall, look at getting some supps.

You gotta get your metabolism running on all cylinders...6 to 7 small meals a day, no less than 10x cals per BW, HIIT cardio, etc.

You can do this...but...there are no elevators to the top of Mt. Everest...you gotta climb! :head:

I had a sample bottle that I tried a while back. Did not notice anything major. What carbs did you take w/ it?

no, just tracking per meal basis, then adding them up. I should use fitday. keep meaning to. I set up an acct there a while back.

not giving up on supps tho :) just avoiding hormones for now.

I think that fitday is a great tool that will really help you meet your goals. I use it religiously...in fact, I am openly mocked by many of my friends and co-workers! :lol:

They just mocked me for eating cottage cheese for a snack :D

oh, i'm regularly mocked by my co-workers, its all good :) I'm sticking pretty close to the goal numbers. I was mostly just way off on my lean mass, both at the beginning as well as now :) I'd bet that in january when I was 245 that my lean mass was in the mid 140s. I had previously thought upper 150s. I'm happy with the overall look and strength gains I've made, and i'm sure I can continue to drop 2-4% or more bodyfat per month. just means I have something like 4 months to reach 10 now, vs thinking I could do it in just 1-2 more.

Digging GBC already! I feel completely wiped out.
