Cant get forums to update!!!!!!

Sorry if this isnt right forum for this, but could someone help me with a technical issue? When I visit this site, the forums never update to the most recent posts? I dont have this problem with any other site I visit. Even when I sort through forums by last post or search by new posts, it just doesnt update. What the hell could it be, its driving me nuts to not be able to stay on top of whats going on. Please help!
