Fat Sacks and Natty Stacks

Anyone who wants to take part in this is more than welcome. Going to be a friendly bro competition featuring you and whatever stack you want to bring to the party. I'll be using D-Pol, Recycle and some other Purus favs. The first competition portion of this thread will go from Oct 1 and continue for 8 weeks. Haven't much though of how to determine a winner but everyone will win the encouragement and comradery of their fellow bros in Iron. So if you want to get in on this all you gotta do is post the stack you will be using, and some fresh progress pics before we start. I predict that we all will come out winners. The 8 week Natty Stack competition will only be the first of many to come. If you wanna go head to head with someone in a bulk off or fat burning contest go for it. Set it up explain the rules to all the subs and get it going. After the Oct. 1, 8 week comp, is over we can come up with some new stuff. Epic Summer Shred Down 2013 will go on right here for sure. Open to suggestions and input on what to do. The primary goal is for everyone to get where they want to be, and have a kick ass time doing it alongside, and with the help and encouragement of, our AM Bros.
