  5. If I'm not mistaken 5/3/1 is for strength gains? Are you cutting on cycle or bulking?

    Alright so I'm 95% sure I got it and this is the one I want but I always have a weird thing about people not making eye contact.

    We talked for an hour and he made eye contact a total of three times I think. Weirds me out...

    It's base sets are geared for strength but the hypertrophy 5x10 sets that follow can be used for size and cutting if the rest between sets is cut.

    15.2 %

    Got some work I want to do.

    Want to drop down 3% & maintain there and continue to add mass.

    So 15 ain't great but it's better than 20%

    I was on like a year (plus) bulk haha....

    I was at close to 200lbs earlier this year and probably around 20% so I made some improvements....
    Fell off now back at it the past couple months.

    That's what I got up to on my cycle.bulking is just a way of life for me,I'm gonna try to throw up a pic my log tomorrow from like 6 months ago when I was bulking hard core,I hit like 195,looked fat as fuk!
