I used to play games a lot when the first PS1 came out, but stopped playing for a long time and just got an xbox360 last month, so with a poor gaming background I only have a few lol

O man the original Metal Gear on the PS changed my life!!! Sons of the Patriots is good, just don't like Snake being old.

I gotta lotta faves but anything absurdly violent (manhunt) or the WWII shooters (any!) are good.

The original Red Dead Revolver and the new Redemption are good....just got undead nightmare and not too sure about it yet.

Old old school is Pit Fighter on the Sega Genesis, and the game you went from wimpy to heyooge to a werewolf or dragon. WTF was that one called? From late 80's, anyway!!

Today's games are nothing compared to pre-2002 games. Once PS2 came out, the overall level really dropped off in favor of a more visual experience. There are still some great games, but not nearly as many as there should be considering the amount of money in the industry.

I'd have to add Final Fantasy VIII as my favorite, but I have to throw back to super-duper old school with Commander Keen and Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure! Grew up with those games on the old 286 IBM PC!

Yep, it was one of the few games at an arcade I could play over and over.
