So I've been reading alot about fat since i'm cutting up for summer and I'm fnding out that fat litteraly "breeds" the aromatase enzyme. I always knew fat cells store excess levels of estrogen but never thought about aromatase. so I have a couple questions and I fugiured General Chat would be good.
1 If you want to raise free test woulding losing fat do just that?
I mean losing fat would act like an AI itself right?
2. Does burning fat release the aromatase?
Obviously less fat ultimately means less aromatase but does the burning of the fat release aromatase and convert more test to estrogen?
