Just wanted to say hello to everyone & let you alpha's know that i decided to join the forums biased on all the vast knowledge & experience everyone here provides! I recently lost 79 pounds after being the fattest I've ever been and have decided make BB my life style again.

Thanks! The goal is to cut down from 309 to 285, maybe 270-ish depending how i feel. Once i get my bf% low enough, I'm going to put back on lean size. Going try osta out in the meantime & see how much more i can take off
