    Hey gang,

Thought I'd contribute to this thread as a new user of UR-Spray. I'm a 37/M recreational ice hockey player, ~200 lbs @ 20% BF.

Goal is 190 lbs @ 10% BF - I don't have a target date because I'm really not experienced enough to set one (advice welcome).

Anyway, after doing a lot of reading on here I decided to invest in 2 bottles of UR-Spray. I've been running with UR-Spray for 1 week now, applying it 2x/day with ~50 pumps.

Diet is a CBL-ish diet supplemented with Creatine, BCAAs, MCT Oil, Rhodiola Rosea, Magnesium, Fish Oil.

Training is 3x/week strength, 3x/week ice hockey.

I don't notice a difference so far, but it's too early to judge. I'll report back after week 2!

UR Spray, great results and Possible way to enhance?

    Hello Patrick,

My wife and I have been using your UR spray for 4 weeks now and the results are amazing. I will add that my wife has hypothyroidism and dropping weight or seeing any results from any supplement is extremely rare.

However with your UR Spray I felt confident that maybe it would work for her due to your potency and manner of application. IT"S the BEST !!

I have a question , see where it says that its best to apply after a shower because the pores will be open, Could applying the spray and then wrapping
the area with plastic wrap or a sweat belt ENHANCE its absorption ? I also use your joint force spray and read how wrapping the affected area helps to enhance its effects via occlusion.

Looking forward to your new AMP and hopefully a new clear shot formula, I stocked up on your original one :0)

I am glad it is working so well for you. It is a staple for me. I remember asking that question once and PA posted some ridiculous picture of a guy wrapped in plastic. It should work better if you are willing to go to the trouble

Weird.... typically patrick doesnt post such things... haha wait who am I kidding!! Lol

Yea it should definitely work better though. You could also moisturize with a type of lotion which also allows for better absorbtion.

Definitley that would enhance absorption. Thats called occlusion and its well documented to facilitate transport of compounds across the skin

How do you wrap yourself with plastic? Like Saran Wrap?

Yes, that is what PA is referring to. Saran wrap is probably a good cheap way to start and experiment with. I recall some products from the late 80's early 90's that advocated wrapping with saran wrap their product. I am going to try this out daily and will log my results, I'm 43 and just looking to be at a healthy weight and have good overall symmetry. Good Luck !

    UR Spray for the ladies!

Hey guys! Newbie here. I was wondering if any of you had any info to offer a female who is nowhere near the low body-fat that you all seem to have. I am not obese, but I do have about 20-30 lbs of fat to shift. I have been doing stronglifts 5x5 for the past month and a half, and I am seeing significant strength gains (it was pretty much non-existent before ) but it has been really hard to shift the fat and inches (I don't weigh myself, I go by how my clothes are fitting). I have been on a paleo/keto diet for the past 2 months, and have not seen any results with that either (but that might be because I was simply eating too many calories... let's just say I had a stock-pile of pork-rinds for emergencies lol). A couple of days ago I decided to scale back on the calories, still continuing with Paleo/keto, so we'll see how that works out...

Would the UR spray help me out with my body recomposition goals, even though I do still have a significant amount of fat to lose?

    Thanks, guys, love this thread!

Just some info about me: I'm 26, very healthy (except I wanna get rid of this fat!)

Hello, I am surprised that the keto diet is not working for you. My GF and I are big believers. I know for a fact it works. I lost 100lbs in two months on the Atkins. You may be eating too many calories, more likely, you are still eating too many carbs. Are you testing with the keto test strips? If not you cannot be sure. UR -Spray can definitely help with body comp. It is on my list of must have supps, I am never without it. Check out my log on my initial experience it is well documented with photos and my diet at the time, though I was not on the keto diet then. There is a lot of good info there, and it should answer your questions more fully

Thanks Truthornothin, I did some more research today and I think I might have figured out why my "keto" is not working. When I first started keto, I checked my blood ketones, with one of those precision xtra meters, and it read 1.1 mml; I checked it again a couple of week ago, and I was 0.1 mml (definitely not in ketosis). I think my fat percentage was not high enough in proportion with protein. The only carbs I eat are coming from green leafy and cruciferous vegetables (lettuce, broccoli, etc), and average out to about 40 gms per day, and that's counting fibre. Anyway, today I was reading about gluconeogenisis, which can happen when you consume to much protein, where your body basically turns protein into glucose. I calculated an average day of intake and it was about 55% fat , 40% protein, 5% carbs; I think the protein might be too high of a percentage for me. I'm gonna try and amp up my fat intake and see what happens. I bought some coconut oil today before my workout, took a spoonful, and I had so much energy, even though I had eaten over 7 seven hours ago.... Ya, I think it definitely might be not enough fats
And I might try intermittent fasting to really kickstart my ketosis again.

I will definitely check out your blog, and thanks for the quick response!

Like you pointed out if your protein is to high compared to your fats then it could keep you out of ketosis. Im not sure if it would keep you from losing weight though. Ultimately if your calories are to high then you wont lose weight.

You are very welcome, UR-Spray and Keto dieting are two of my pet issues. I forgot to tell you to watch your protein. You are correct too much especially too much at once can shut down ketosis as the body can make enough glucose through glucogenesis to stop you from producing ketones. When I lost all my weight I am pretty sure I was eating a surplus of calories and the weight fell. I was probably a little too low on the carbs though. 40 grams is enough to put some out of ketosis, I'd back those down a bit until I knew for a fact I was back in. I see you have a ketone meter. I'd like one and they are not too expensive...the test strips for those however ....that is a different story. It is a much more accurate way to tell if you are in a ketogenic state. The urine strips are goo but they only measure excess ketones, ones that your body excreted. If you are low cal, or low fat you could be in ketosis but not excreting enough to register on the urine test strips. Testing the blood with the meter is definitely superior if you can afford it.

Give the UR Spray a try. Those who have used it usually do not want to be without it.

    Hi Archivist,

I can tell you for a fact that you need to RUN and Order that UR Spray, get the 2 bottles if not 4 to give it a legitimate try. But off hand If you read my earlier post my wife suffers from Hypothyroidism, we tried so many different things including all the Big Specialists. the one that finally worked was Dr. Hotze in Houston,Tx...Incredible facility and staff well worth the money.

Now you may have that ? I don't know if you have had blood work done and even at that you really need someone who knows what they are looking at.

That being said, our War Hammer on Dropping body fat is the UR SPRAY and a Ketogenic diet, and last but not least Bullet Proof Coffee daily. the Bullet Proof Coffee is using basically organic coffee or the Bullet Proof Brand which I highly recommend as well and you Blend in 2 tablespoons of Grassfed Unsalted butter and when you feel like going pro you and a teaspoon up to a tablespoon of MCT Oil. The drink is like a Latte,

the MCT Oil you can get also from Bullet Proof or the NOW brand is pretty comparable. What you will experience is a big increase in energy and your mental clarity will be noticeable. and it will not take you out of ketosis,

For my wife to get extra lean she would do the Intermittent Fasting from the Bullet Proof site, stop eating at 8pm and for breakfast the next day have only Your Bullet Proof Coffee 16oz, then Eat Lunch after 2pm. that will give you 18 hrs of fasting, then you eat from 2pm to 8pm...thats not gorging but just getting your meals in during that window. Do this 2x per week if you are looking to do body recomposition and I think you will see Super Results.

Regarding the UR Spray, I cannot say enough good things about it,...it works ! I asked Patrick A. if wrapping with a sweat band or saran wrap would help with absorption and he responded that occlusion training is known to be effective. I tried it, and MAN BIG DIFFERENCE ! I do the wrap once per day and my wife does as well. Let me tell a true story, after a Month of the UR Spray both my wife and I Fit into our Engagement photo jeans from 3.5 yrs ago, as of late December we BOTH could not even get them to button and now they fit better than they did 3yrs ago.

So Together I think we have a synergistic effect, Ive tried many things and this works for me...I hope it helps you in finding your solution.

I have yet to try UR spray, but I recommended this product to a friend based on my experience with E-Pharm products and based off of early feedback. My friend also has hypothyroidism. I told her to apply a 2x/day dosing after her morning and afternoon shower. She had been eating sensibly and power walking, but she hit a plateau. I just told her to keep doing what she was doing and add in the UR-Spray and in that month she had lost a fraction over 10lbs.

I have been using Pump Spray for 1 day and 1 morning (about to shower again and re-apply soon). I haven't eaten in a little while and I am feeling a little 'flat' for where my muscle bellies are when they're satisfied, but damn. I happened to catch a reflection in the window and noticed my arms were road-mapped with veins all over the place. Then I looked in the same lighting that I usually take selfies in and took my shirt off and there are road maps of blood vessels all over the place, including (already) ones I've never seen before, cutting across my abs. A++ for aesthetics alone

I'm using UR spray for a progressive cut. Strength continues to go up. I was 192 pounds and lost 30 pounds. But I'm lifting more than I was lifting(and with higher intensity) than I was lifting at 192 lol. I just need a tan I'm really pale. Anyway the stuff makes me sweatI'm not talking a little I mean drenched. I'm also using it with 18 caps Ursobolic daily. I'm going to try this occlusion method. I think everything will be different when I start cycling. I've been training 3.5 yrs now I started at a very unhealthy 25 yrs old. But I really want to be as lean as possible before I start cycling. The natural game is an extremely difficult one. Good news is my diet is better than it's ever been and I understand terms like BMR and TDEE. Terms I never cared for in the past

I have had similar experiences with UR-Spray gaining strength even while on pct. I am glad you are enjoying it.

intested in trying this stuff.... can it actually help build muscle on a bulking diet paired with heavy training, or is it only for people who are already "big" and just want to lose some bodyfat?

UR Spray is useful for several purposes. I know I gained muscle when using and my "diet" is what most would call "bulking" even if it's not LOL

    cheers mate,

Basically I'm looking for a excuse not to use a PH lol... would UR spray be comparable to a very mild PH (like PH-17 or something like that) in terms of gains and recomp?

    I ain't a mate LOL...

There is never an "excuse" to use a PH IMO. Using a PH is a personal choice... I cannot say whether it is or not, as I have not used hormonals. Beside, you cannot really compare natural and hormonl products. AND results are always going to be individual dependent, especially given nutrition and training...

I get good strength and sie gains on it, its not a soft gain either, it hardens as it cuts. Its the best of all worlds and it has health enhancing properties as well

This pretty much sums it up.

It drastically changed the way i hold body fat as well which is something I mention everytime I talk about UR spray as its the only product to do that for me.
