I'll be ordering 2 more 2-packs on Fri and can't wait to try a more improved version than the one I have already. I can honestly, no exaggeration, in my opinion of using new substances and anecdotally reporting on how they affect my body, say that I am the biggest and leanest I've been in the last 10 years of lifting to improve my body composition, and I believe based upon my perceived observation of the effects that UR spray has been the determining factor.
I've always had a problem with the diet aspect, which has been helped by my moderate success with the "Lean Gains" style IF diet, that definitely lends itself to my now-approaching 40 endomorth body type, so I've been finally able to make steady progress with this diet as I'm able to eat enough carbs to support my weekly workouts and martial arts activity.
I had tried IF before I added UR spray and I was more strict in my diet when I started, but after adding UR spray and having a dirtier diet (more bad carbs) it continues to seem to me that the days I remember to spray it on twice (as I sometimes forget) are days where I look better, it's almost that fast of a result; at most maybe 2-3 days of consistent 2x/day application seems to make a noticeable difference.
I don't claim to fully understand the mechanisms of action, and won't try to list all of the different benefits I've noticed (like decreased blood pressure) without a google search; but I think I've got a pretty good "feel" for the effects... I certainly walk around with a constant "pump" like I'm on anabolics with UR Spray. I haven't worked out in almost a week and even though I haven't IF'd in over a week, and been drinking every day with friends and yet I swear I look appreciably better in the mirror today then I did last week. I know it may sound crazy, but it's almost like more calories makes UR spray work better.
What makes that fact significant is that since I started traveling, I stopped using 7 or 11 spray (was actually using a mix of the two for awhile as as sort of inverse taper in the end) and went to full body self-applied UR-spray coatings 2x/day after showering. I don't count sprays, I use half sprays and I pretty much spray anywhere I can reach without spraying my face/hair. I figure there's going to be some areas where my $$ was better spent then others, but it's probably not wasted.
I completely feel that I've gained better muscle and lost more fat at the end of PCT (have even dropped TF2 and full spectrum vit. E at this point) with just using more UR spray... hell, I've had a crappier diet, I'm eating more than enough to have normally made me fat, drinking, and other than an occluded arm workout about a week ago, I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks. Just doing a better job of spraying the OLD UR spray seems to have been the determining factor in making me look better this week. This was the harshest, longest cycle and the easiest PCT I've ever had... If there's some other variable at work here, for me, knowing the way my body responds to things, I don't see it... and I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to this stuff.
