I've been away from these forums for a bit but still appreciate the members and quality content when I do comeback.

I'm researching a new cycle and wanted to get some feedback. I've ran a small oral only cycle a few years back and only got a place of effect. Two years ago I ran my first pin cycle and kept a pretty extensive log on here, you should be able to find it by my name.

I had very good success on that cycle and with only a small E2 scare in PCT, I came off cycle feeling great and kept a LOT of my size and weight....then I got sick.

I saw doctor after doctor and they couldn't pinpoint what was wrong. This was a few months after PCT, so I am not implying the illness was caused from the AAS. I was having bad digestion issues, appetite sunk low because I was having BM issues. After about a month of this it came to the point where I would have to have a BM anytime I stood up. My wife one day looked at me and said I looked pale and dehydrated. A trip to urgent care verified my dehydration, that they aren't equipped to treat, which brought me to the ER for an IV (that I never received after 3 hours in the ER and consuming mass amounts of water). I was referred to my GP who requested a colonoscopy and esophageal endoscopy, I was 36 years old. The test results were negative, they determined I must have had some form of infection that finally passed. The polyps they did find they biopsied and we're benign, and the esophageal endoscopy showed irritation from acid reflux and herniation of the duodenum.

Although this gave me peace of mind, I didn't feel 100% so I was cutting back on calories to avoid having to crap every hour. My weight began to drop a little but then I became depressed. I started a new job, stress set in, I drank too much, I made excuses.

That was two years ago, I maintained but have been in a fog, a funk for quite awhile now. I think the whole timing threw me off mentally as I'd just come off cycle, saw amazing progress and gains...only to watch a lot of those just go away due to the circumstances.

I take full responsibility for not taking action sooner, but sometimes that fog is just effing hard to come out of.

Which brings me to today.

My natural test was low before my cycle two years ago, around 280-320 (within range by my GP, however my energy, libido, and just overall good feeling if well-being) have been low since even before that cycle. My doctor wouldn't prescribe TRT since I was within range. I plan on getting bloods in the next few weeks, I already assume my natural test levels will still be low.

Which brings me here. I am free of the fog, I'm back hitting the weights again consistently, have my cardio and meals dialed in. I'm working with an amazing coach (who is open to AAS). I want to do a mild cycle, to try and take off some more fat and give me that better sense of well-being that low T takes away. I'm not looking to gain 30lbs of muscle in 16 weeks. I want realistic goals, realistic timeframe.

But I'm open to any suggestions. I've been reading up on NPP and EQ, however I'm not looking for a mass building cycle and don't want deca dick lol.

I ran Tudca and milk thistle last run and kept alcohol to almost zero during cycle, liver values stayed in range so I'll probably do the same. Looking back I did have a bit of moon face but I was running Dbol weeks 1-4 and it was potent, I mean lower back crippling potent.

I'm open to any ideas or suggestions. Thanks everyone and it feels great to be back.

I'm sure I'm much higher on a Dexa or a Bodpod, but I'll be remaining consistent on HOW I monitor my progress so this will be my baseline with that method.

Current diet around 2500 calories IIFYM (as clean as possible) I'm no sugar junkie.

First pin went smooth today

12.5 Dbol oral AM and 12.5 Dbol 12-hours later

Second leg day of the week at 4:30am this morning.

Pinned test to glutes and mast to delt(new source so wanted to verify PIP or no PIP)

Blood work came back, A/G and BUN are elevated. I drink a ton of water but just recently cut back on alcohol by about 95% PTSD and anxiety had me drinking almost daily for a month or two. I'll get bloods again on week 5 and see if I can improve those numbers.

Currently taking Tudca, NAC, and Taurine at night before bed. Started those this past Monday so they were in my system for these bloods.

Feel free to chime in and lend any advice or opinions.

Benzyl Alcohol arrive last night so I can make BAC water for my HCG tomorrow. Adding 250iu twice a week from here on out.

Performed check ins this morning. Been gaining some size on arms and legs and midsection is still shrinking. Things are on the right path.

No pinning today, just Dbol.

Yeah man, I was stuck in a loop for awhile. Not sure what the final straw was but I'm getting past it now, one day at a time. Appreciate it!

Good luck on your cycle, are you keeping a log?

Just realized I didn't incorporate an AI on my cycle.

Running Aromasin 12.5 eod. I've read conflicting views on the Mast acting as an AI, however my BF is higher than I'd like so I'd like to avoid as many estrogenic sides as possible. Plus, I have plenty of Aromasin on hand.

Day 2 in the books. Had a great workout with the wife, today was accessory day and making up any missed movements from the week.

Dbol back pumps started hitting today (Day 2!) during post weight ab routine. I knew to expect these but last cycle they took about 5-6 days to hit. New source is legit!

Making my own BAC water for my HCG in the morning, gotta keep the boys working throughout this run.

Nothing fancy today. Made homemade Bacteriostatic water, mixed HCG, pinned 250iu's.

12.5mg Dbol this AM, will take again preworkout. Today is back and shoulders, should be a great day to lift weights.

Had a great workout yesterday. Increased weight on just about every lift, if not increased reps.

Woke up 212.2 feeling flatter and tighter. Took blood pressure and it was 118/79 on day 4 Dbol. Second pin is tomorrow morning, another 250mg Test-E and 200mg Mast-E.

Still barely feeling the Dbol effects but libido is rising and morning wood is strong like I took a Viagra.

Today is off day from the gym so gonna focus on macros and recovery.

Woke up to pin, warmed up my vials in a water bath. drew Mast of 1cc, same pin drew just under 1cc of Test E (it's 300mg/ml and I'm only pinning 250mg). Sat down on the toilet to pin right quad, found location using left hand on top of right quad. I've done this spot before without complications....

I almost tipped over halfway through injection. I felt tired, I knew I had only been up 10 minutes but said ok, let's sit on the floor. Swapped out 25g tips, re-swabbed and pinned the rest.

Next thing I knew my wife was trying to wake me up, I fainted. Somehow I passed out and with my back to the tub sitting down, I passed out and turned into the tub so I was facing it, right quad against the ground, needle was still in.

This freaked me out and REALLY freaked out my wife. I feel ok now, maybe just a small bit of nausea. I have no idea what happened, it was only 2ml fluid but that was also the most fluid over ever pushed at once into a single spot. I know it's not the gear or else this would have happened last week.

Tired, lack of food, not giving myself enough time to wake up and get moving? I'm not sure, but i don't ever want to feel like that again. My wife heard a loud thud and came running, she was freaked out and I was pale and sweaty.

Yeah, I definitely don't want to experience that again.

She's been pretty worried all day, even drove me to work and picked me up. Possibly a little cautious? She just loves the hell out of me.

I was ok with it, she's ok with me pinning gear and if we go through it together there's less chances of complications. We have a very honest marriage.

I've only hit a nerve once, and yes it sucks haha

Morning of Day 6 -

Weight was 212.2lb again....again! Not sure what's going on, weekly check in is Friday morning so I will stay dilligent. Diet is on point, strength is increasing. That's 3-4 days of exactly the same weight. I know it's not the scale because it goes up in afternoon/evening. Wake up to pee, and weigh....212.2

I know it's only been 5 whole days, but not noticing any of the bloat and water retention from the Dbol is messing with my head. Being told by reputable sources that this source is legit so I will give it time. Actually popped a full 25mg tab preworkout today for a 4:30am workout, empty stomach and Dbol made me feel like sh*t. Felt like puking and very shaky, although weight went up on every single lift.

It's too early so I doubt the Mast is counteracting the Dbol bloat. I'm just over thinking things.

Regardless, instead of two 12.5mg doses, today is one at 25mg and later one at 12.5.

Don't forget to get out and vote today!

Woke up to 214.4lbs on the scale.

Downed 25mg Dbol and went to train legs at 4:30am on empty stomach. Still gaining strength, been feeling a little sluggish this week after Mondays passing out after my pin.

Only reason I have been watching the scale is I'm going for more of a recomp this cycle. Focus is on body fat loss and strength increase. So if the scale doesn't move too much I'm ok.

Meals have been more consistent than ever, hitting my macros on a daily basis. Cardio increased this week and so far I'm on point with that as well.

Today was:
Hip adductors
Hip abductors
Leg extension
Leg press
Walking lunges
Seated calf raise

Have to finish tonight with Sumo deadlifts and barbell hip thrusters, ab work and 20 minutes of LISS. I ran out of time this morning and have to get to work.

Seated calf raises we're fun two days after pinning my quad haha.

Also pinned my 250iu HCG today and took 12.5mg asin.

Things are heading in right direction, had a major libido spike over the weekend that I've either adjusted to or has gone down a little. Going to continue to monitor.

Dbol still making me feel wired as hell about an hour after taking.

Finished off leg day last night since I couldn't finish yesterday morning.
All I had left we're Sumo DL'S, Barbell hip thrusters, and cardio.

I was exhausted so no AM workout today, work, come home and pin, then gym tonight.

Strength continues to increase, I've had this lingering scratchy throat all week that goes away once I get up and moving. Energy is maybe a 6/10. Appetite is very apparent throughout the day, I need to bring more of my meals to work, I'm not consuming too many calories however I'm keeping them very clean and weighing every meal.

3rd pin, moved it to after work for steadier bloods throughout the week. So now I'm pinning Monday AM, and Thursday PM.

I had a great workout just now, improved on every lift, again. Spoke with some good guys today and learned a lot about controlling estrogen. Backing my asin down to every 3.5 days as I feel EOD is causing a little lethargy.

Will update more tomorrow morning, my wife and I do "official" weigh-ins every Friday morning. 7-point Jackson Pollock caliper test, tape measure, and progress pics. I'm excited to compare progress over the past 2-3 weeks.

Morning check ins were great. Weighed in at 215.4 and low 14% BF. Woke up feeling energetic, and hungry. Devoured breakfast, pinned 250iu HCG , popped my 12.5 Dbol and went to work. Meals all day then a 25mg Dbol preworkout, and it's second leg day of the week today.

Not getting much feedback on here, but doesn't matter. I planned on keeping this log at minimum for myself to look back on should any sides come up or training mishaps. Going to start adding more pictures and workout logs from here on out.

Current weight 216.4lbs, that's up 4.4lbs in 1 1/2 weeks. I'm really watching what I eat and water intake. Began double dose of tudca last night so that's 500mg a night as I know how hepatotoxic Dbol is. I really want to have better blood work when I drop the Dbol in a couple of weeks. I wasn't really feeling the effects of the Dbol so I've been trying different doses and spreading them throughout the day or bigger doses before working out. I know my source is GTG however my Balkan Dbol from 2016 gave me crippling lower back pumps in the gym, and I do not get those with my current source. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, just an observation.

So far I've done two doses spread apart 12-hours at 12.5 and 12.5. Wasn't feeling effects at all, so increased PWO dose to a full tab of 25mg. Noticed slight improvement, today I popped 25mg this morning and will see if another full 25mg PWO has any difference. Weight gain and strength gains continue. Thankfully the water retention hasn't been bad at all. Being up less than 5 pounds in 12-days confirms I'm on the right track with the water. Muscles look and feel fuller, every lift has gone up in weight or reps with every workout.

Pinned test and Mast this morning, since my fainting scare last week I've been pinning two sites instead of one so today was right delt and right glute. I know 2CC's isn't alot to push but apparently it was enough to physically or psychologically cause me to pass out. Still not sure what that was about but my morning pins are now post-breakfast as I feel likey blood sugar was tanked the day I fainted. And no I'm not diabetoc nor have history of blood sugar issues.

Today is accessory day, only missed one lift this week due to overcrowding at the gym or time constraints. But should be a great day in the g and have abs to do as well.

Still on a 6-day split, 3 on 1 off repeat.

Gonna try and put together a progress pic today.

Woke up 217.8lbs. Ran to the gym for a push/pull session with my wife. Ran out of time, hit the snooze button one too many times and it cut into my gym time.
I don't know what it is for the past 2 days I felt a little run-down like I'm possibly overdoing it. Hope I'm not coming down with something. Today is day 13 on cycle, I had been feeling more energized the last few days until yesterday, then it hit me like a brick wall. Took yesterday off from the gym to just rest, phone on do not disturb and got all my meals in. I figured I'd wake up ready to lift, but lost steam 20 minutes in. Not sure what this is but it needs to pass, quickly.

I still have about four movements left to do tonight since I missed them this morning but I will try and get them in even if my garage is 10° haha

First week had a steady increase of libido, then it began to taper, now I've either adjusted or something is up. I had taken my aromasin dosage from 12.5 EOD, to E3.5 days, since I haven't had any puffy nips, or itchy nips, or signs of gyno maybe every 3.5days is still too much? I know blood work is the ultimate tell all, but I'm getting those in 2 1/2 weeks after I drop the Dbol and don't want to pay more now.

Energy seems to be pretty good, motivation in the gym is a little lackluster the past few days. Thought I was overdoing it but now I'm not sure. I pin today after work, which I always look forward to, still running 500mg Test E per week and 400mg Mast....the Test is about 2 years old, wondering if I should increase dosage slightly however it should still have same potency in a sealed vial.

Weighed in at 218.6 today, strength continues to climb. My physique is looking broader at the shoulders, delts are more pronounced, feeling leaner even with the scale going up. Still need to do better about my cardio.

Today was a quick leg session.

Giant set - 3x12-15 each

Not much of an update, taking today as an off day. Had to help around the house to get ready for Thanksgiving and spent about four hours straight cleaning. I'm counting that as my cardio haha

On another note, today is day 17 on cycle so not even three weeks however I was hoping to start feeling the Test but not feeling much different right now. I'm a bit more short tempered but energy is still like a 5-6 out of 10. Sleep isn't that great right now so that is probably a big part of it.

Not sure what to feel, if anything, from the Mast. Tempted to up the dosage if I don't start feeling anything in the next week to week and a half

I had a question about my upcoming blood work that I hope someone will chime in on.

Pin Test and Mast on Monday and Thursday, taking Dbol daily. If my last dose of Dbol is on a Wednesday night, I pin Thursday night, and have blood drawn Friday morning. The Dbol shouldn't effect bloods, but is that too soon for bloods after Thursday nights pin? Also how does Mast come into play with the blood work?

Appreciate any info to help educate me.

That fainting thing is fcuking crazy, I pin alone in my gym behind s locked door, I’d be screwed if that happened to me.....everything I’ve read where people have had a bad pin always seems to be the quads though (and I’m purely in glutes).....

Cycle sounds a bit tough at the moment bro, I’d have expected the feel good from the dbol at least to be giving you a better time of it??

I’m still just learning about this stuff myself but I wouldn’t think test e would affect bloods much given the ester. Not looked into mast much myself but what impact were you concerned about in particular?

Today's been a bit awkward I'm very tired and works two hours longer than usual and didn't even work out today. I'm not really sure if my e2 levels are high or low or what but I definitely don't feel like myself. I feel like I'm a bit emotional my joints are a little sore and achy. I still have another week and a half on the dbol, before I get blood work but at this rate I'm not really sure if I want to wait that long. I dropped my aromasin dosage from every other day to every three and a half days but I'm not sure if that was a smart move or maybe I started my aromasin too soon into the cycle.

What is crazy is that my strength continues to go up in the gym my motivation isn't a hundred percent in the gym but I definitely push through it and get my workouts in. I'm definitely not feeling that God mode in the gym that's for sure. I'm hoping that starts to kick in any day now.

I'm not sure if I should take more aromasin or drop it completely unless sides present themselves.

All I know is that I'm averaging about six and a half to 7 hours of sleep a night and I'm getting 95% of my meals in on a daily basis. However I feel a bit Moody, emotional, achy joints, and tired and worn out.

I'm open for any advice at this point.

Today I pinned 300mg Test E, 200mg Mast E, and 25 IU HCG. Also took 37.5 mg Dbol in split doses.

IMHO, e2 is low. The mast curbs e2. You did right in dropping the exemestane. I would skip AI for 4-5 days. After dropping Dbol, once a week 12.5mg and keep staying on mast.

IMHO, e2 is low. The mast curbs e2. You did right in dropping the exemestane. I would skip AI for 4-5 days. After dropping Dbol, once a week 12.5mg and keep staying on mast.

Had an amazing workout last night. I think the extended time off the aromasin has done wonders to help me get back on track. I'm not kidding the other night I felt horrible I felt run down I felt not like myself. The last night I couldn't stop listening and even ended up throwing in about 20 to 30 minutes of ab work after my entire routine.

I'm keeping diet on point and just monitoring every lift and every meal. I weighed in at 219.6 today so I definitely think my E2 levels were off and taking a longer break from the aromasin is helping.

Next check-ins are Friday morning however we are pinching and taping Thursday morning before feasting for Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Had to pin earlier than normal for Thursday's as we will have company over and sneaking off will be a bit tough lol

Pinned 300mg Test and 300mg Mast, plus 12.5mg Dbol a few times throughout the day.

Also had to do HCG today at 250iu.

Mast was 1.5cc, most I've ever pushed at once, took my time in the right delt.

Day off from the gym, did two sessions yesterday, first at 4:30am and then some cardio around 2pm. Didn't get home from our Friendsgiving until after 11pm, made for a quick night's sleep before helping the wife cook at 6am today. Now it's time to feast!!!

Woke up 221.0 today, that's 9 pounds in 3 weeks. Not holding as much water as last cycle, I think the Mast is helping with that. I'm tempted to switch Test brands but want to stick it out and get blood work done by week 5. I am not noticing much from the Test, but it's only been 3 1/2 weeks. Depending on blood work I'll stay the course or switch to my other brand of goods.

Wednesday will be last Dbol day, which I'm looking forward to dropping actually. I'd rather do more injectables and less orals.

Checking BP throughout the day. Still getting this weird chest feeling when I lie down at night. It's like I can hear my heartbeat when I lay on my side, left or right. BP was 121/74 when I woke up today, not bad actually. It's only been 3 1/2 weeks so don't think RBC is elevated this soon. Really looking forward to bloods on Friday. Getting them at end of week four might be a week early but I really want to make sure everything is in check before moving forward. I fell asleep fast last night but woke up around 2 or 3am wide awake. Stayed up reading forums for about an hour and was able to sleep from 4-8am ish... Had a killer workout today though. Oh and the Pats game is actually televised in my area, GO PATS!

222.4 lbs today

Tomorrow is last day of Dbol, planning on pinning Thursday evening and getting blood work Monday morning. Excited to see an uncapped lab for this UGL Test-E.

It may be all in my head but i am really liking this combo. TEST/MAST with a Dbol kickstart. I am up 10lbs in 4 weeks but do not feel bloated or like I'm retaining much water. Mirror is proof of this as well and I'm starting to see more veins when pumped.

Tonight is leg day, mostly hammies.

Had a great workout this morning at 4:30am. Last day of Dbol was today. Purchased my female hormone panel from LabsMD, going to pin tomorrow evening and get blood work first thing Monday morning.

Fingers crossed for good numbers, otherwise I will be in need of a few vials of Test ASAP

Sorry for lack of updates lately, been focusing on meals, lifts, and my wife.

Day 1 - 212lb
Last day of Dbol - 222.4
Today - 223.0

Strength is still up, my right knee is a bit stiff

Still taking liver support, probably just going to continue that throughout the cycle. Try and reverse anything I caused from excessively drinking over the last 6-months. I've had less than a 6-pack of beer since starting, which has been a great achievement.

Currently pinning 300TestE/300MastE twice a week. HCG 250iu EOD.

Getting blood work done this morning. Looking forward to these results.

Had a great leg day yesterday, had me shaking and pushing every last rep. Today is chest and arms.

Blood work came in, feel free to chime in.

Pinned 300mg Test E, 300mg Mast E around 6pm Thursday. Blood work was done following Monday morning around 8-8:30am. Was aiming for 3.5 days from pin.

But the blood work coming back showing my current source is way underdosed I decided to increase my dose for the next week until my new order touches down from a new proven source. This is why it's always good to do blood work so now I have to try in get what I can from the rest of the cycle as I feel like I haven't benefited as well as I could have from the first 5 weeks.

Had a great workout this morning, was running behind for my 4:30am workout and fell short four movements but still had a great chest and bicep exercise. I'm eager for my new gear to TD, there's also a bottle of Cialis in there haha. Guess I'm just eager to get on some quality GC gear.

Not sure if this is allowed but....

Anyone have a good, quick domestic HCG source? Thought I had another 5,000iu's.but damnit, it was the sodium chloride from a different batch. I'm gonna run out by next week at this rate.

Update: been a rough week. My wife's Aunt passed away last weekend, funeral was yesterday. I never met her Aunt but been consoling my wife this week and it's pretty much killed motivation to lift. I'm glad the funeral is over so we can start to move past this.

Hoping my GC order touches down today, I wanted to never pin that old gear ever again but looks like I'll be pinning it in about 30minutes before work. Weight has been fluctuating all week by 1-2lbs, diet has been pretty damn good even with all that has been going on. We've had a few glasses of wine this week to relax but didn't let it get out of control. The other sad thing is my wife has zero interest in sex when she's sad, so my sleep has been crap this week. I had some crazy dream last night that had me tossing and turning.

Here's to life, dealing with all that it dishes out and doing our best to overcome any obstacle.

I also forgot to mention that it's been at least a week since taking aromasin. No puffy nips, no scratchy nips...not noticing any sides. Should I toss some in at super low dose anyways? My last cycle I had more sides but didn't have Masteron either. Could it be making that much difference to eliminate the need for an AI?

Pinned 1cc of Test this morning, and realized I've got maybe 1-2 pins left in this vial. Luckily I have 10ml of Test from Stealth at 250mg/ml still sealed up so if I have to use it until GC TD, I can. Not sure how my planning failed me, I calculated to have at least one full vial left but I guess it was the doubling up of crappy gear that depleted it faster than I expected. Live and learn, have a LOT more gear on hand than you need should your bloods return subpar results.

I'm hearing nothing but great reviews and seeing great bloodwork from GC users, so I'll give them a go and if bloods are good I'll probably place a pretty good order to stock up.

Libido has been good, unfortunately the wife's hasn't been so I think my sleep has been suffering this week. Haven't had sex since last weekend :( her period is supposed to hit in the next few days as well so damn. Not that I mind but obviously moods and desire change on her end pretty drastically.

Is Cialis good for women? Since I have a bottle coming maybe I'll slip some into her drink hahaha

First pin with GC Test Cyp was like water, so smooth! 300mg Test Cyp and 300mg Mast E this morning with 6 drops Cialis. I really fell off last week with the death in the family and the crappy blood work but now that I know I have good gear running through me I am getting recommitted to this cycle.

I weighed in this morning at 225.8 and my last checkin was Friday morning and I was sitting somewhere around 13% body fat based on a 7-point body fat pinch. So even with crappy to mediocre gear and a rough week for diet and emotional issues in the family I've still been able to stay relatively low and on point.
