you know, i was considering this. i don't have enough left to in the bottle for a full 4 weeks. it's what is left over from stopping a previous cycle early. think i used if for 4 days or so. i'm hopping the winadrol will help bridge the gap in terms of keeping my strength.

day 5
this was a growth day, no workout. eating was the standard. i didn't get to post, i was just a little too busy.

day 6
0515 - 2 caps supper cissus
0535 - eggs w/cheese, bacon, 1/2 biscuit, banana, 16oz milk
0543 - 45mg tren
0905 - support supps, 40g whey w/water
1130 - grilled chicken sandwich w/cheese and mayo, salad, 8oz milk
1510 - 45mg tren, 40g whey, 30g wms in water
1555 - begin leg workout. i must say, i didn't feel like working out at all today. i forced myself to the gym. i attempted to start with squats, but the weight of the bar on my traps was pulling on my shoulder and i couldn't handle the pain.

45 degree leg press
180 x 12
270 x 10
360 x 10
450 x 8
540 x 8

leg extensions
170 x 10
200 x 8
200 x 7 1/2

lying leg curl
110 x 10
130 x 8 *hamstrings still a little sore from the deadlifts

standing calf raises
150 x 12
160 x 10 x 2

1715 - 40g whey, 30g wms, 16oz milk, animal flex
1820 - grilled chicken breast, salad, bake beans w/honey
1945 - support supps dose 2

after getting on the scale this coming weekend, if i don't happen to see any changes in waist size/weight gain, i'm going to increase my whey shakes to 60g each, giving me at least another 60g of protein a day.

day 9

i'll start with some stat updates. i was expecting a little more, but i am satisfied with the first week:

[all measured today]
blood pressure sys 118 / dia 73 / pulse 78 *improvement from last week
waist measurement 35 1/2" net -1/2" to date
weight 226.00 net +1lb

1015 - 45mg tren
1110 - grilled chicken parm, dirty rice, backed beans, 16oz milk
1330 - support supps dose 1
1455 - 40g whey, 30g wms
1550 - begin w/o
bentover bb rows
135 x 14
225 x 9 x 2
225 x 7

wide grip pulldowns
170 x 10
180 x 9
190 x 8
200 x 9

cable rows
180 x 10
200 x 10
220 x 9

pullover machine
140 x 10
160 x 9
170 x 7

rear delt flyes
20's x 10 x 2
20's x 9

1640 - finished workout
1700 - 45mg tren, 40g whey, 45g wms, 16oz milk
1830 - grilled chicken breast, green beans, rice pilaf, salad
1945 - animal flex
2045 - 40g whey, 16oz milk, support supps dose 2

i was having short of breath problems during my workout today. i am not accustomed to that feeling. i made it through just fine, i just had to allocate a little more time between sets to allow for my heart rate to drop and to catch some air. in no way is this, to this point, going to deter me from stopping the tren. libido has not experienced any shutdown either.

Good idea putting your running changes. It's easier than making the reader flip back and forth between initial stats and current. Maybe do the same to summarize any strength changes, too.

day 12
growth day. diet stayed the same. no cheating.

i have noticed that i am dreaming more frequently and more vivid than usual. i can only assume that it is coming from the tren. i am also feeling that i am recovering faster. after doing chest on monday, it was ready to go again on thursday. i'm going to start throwing in a light back day on thursdays with legs, and a light chest workout with shoulders on friday.

day 13
diet staying the same for the most part. hit up the legs w/some light, high rep back.

squats *unlike last week, my shoulder & traps could handle the weight of the barbell just fine today
135 x 12
225 x 10
315 x 8
335 x 7 - 20lb increase & an additional set over squats 2 weeks ago

leg extensions
200 x 8 x 2
200 x 7 - increase of one set

lying leg curls
110 x 10
120 x 9
130 x 6

standing calve raises
120 x 12
130 x 10
140 x 10

hammer strength high row
90 x 20
110 x 20

wide grip pulldowns
120 x 16
120 x 15

machine row
90 x 20 x 2

took me a little bit longer than normal to fall asleep last night. i also woke up 3 times in the middle of the night. going to take some phenibut xt right after i finish this post. time to go watch lost.

legs with back seems a lil odd but then i see the volume on the back is really low. Any reason why you throw in the extra back excercises in there on this day? whats the logic behind that, just curious.

yeah, cause i'm recovering a little faster with this PH. i decided to through in a light version workout for chest and back. i'm going hit heavy back on sundays, light back on thursdays w/legs. chest will be heavy on mondays, and light chest on fridays. i just feel i need to cause some minor damage to those muscle groups in between heavy days, especially the chest. i have this "feeling" it's going to help me grow while on cycle.

day 19
it's been a little while since i've had time to sit and post. sorry. i have been training and eating as in the past. i weight myself on sunday w/ an empty stomach at 228.6, so i was up 3 1/2 pounds at that point w/my waist still smaller than what i started with.

last shoulder workout, i put up 90 # db's on military presses for a set up 5. that was a new best.
last chest workout, i put up 295 for 4 times +1 assisted (4th set not including warmup sets). that is a new best. +10lbs w/same rep range than previous week

today is a growth day, meaning no workout. my elbows have really been feeling the dryness of this compound the past couple days, but nothing to make me want to stop training. libido has still been right around normal actually; i'm surprised. cardiovascularly, i feel like i've been taking an ass whooping. did a 1 mile run before chest workout on monday, thought i might fall out.
