Hello everyone i have decided to run AX phera-plex and possibly include Epistane or Epidrol

I am 25 years old and have been working out semi hardcore for the past 3 years. I have had a few injuries along the way as well as just recently getting sick for 2 weeks which really destroyed the progress i was making. This progress was approaching PR status among all lifts while having a much stronger core then ever before but i lost it all and now starting over again for this past month.

My body measurements are

GOALS - Stay safe while increasing some mass.

This is why i have chosen a new routine known as "Prilepin's Hypertrophy Gains"

Day 1 - chest, shoulders, back (higher intensity)
Day 2 - OFF
Day 3 - Legs and Arms (higer intensity)
Day 4 - Off
Day 5 - Chest, Shoulders, triceps (lower intensity)
Day 6 - Back, Legs, Biceps (lower intensity)
Day 7 - Off and then cycle repeats

Enjoy the log i will be as honest as can be no one is paying me to do anything nor was anything free. Time to grow!

-squats are right around 80percent as of now. sldl were hard so they are just about right on myhammies were burnt afterwards. underhand cg pulldowns were way to easy gotta go heavier machine maxes at 300 could be a prob. dips i really need to buy a belt

PCT you can run the DIESEL TEST hardcore solo without the restore. You dont need to stack DTH with another herbal test booster or anti-estrogen during PCT. U can just run the restore after the DTH. Also restore has chasteberry which lowers prolactin and increase LH, but in males it also lowers testosterone....dont really know why its in test boosters (maybe i will find the study and post it). If anything stack the DTH with Raw Test, but def. not a product with an anti-estogen compound, its not nec. with DTH.

No. Get a SERM, like present loggers Toremifene. Or Nolva/Clomid. M-drol is a PH and will shut you down. Ya need a SERM.

-well i feel so crappy moving around such girly weights my ego is dying inside of me but i still do my best knowing im lifting what was once super ez warmups.

-overall feelings during workout was a really nice pump in my triceps, chest, shoulders. arms were really pumped and to the sides as if my lats were huge but they werent really worked.

-thoughts on this training routine. seems still interesting its hard doing slower reps and really hard not knowing what weight to use due to not knowing my maxes and recovering all my strength that i lost.

-this workout kicked my ass. felt great. im really feeling sore from these TUT workouts and i hope this Prilepin's Hypertrophy routine is working because my body is telling me it is.

-weight is up 2 lbs from day 1. nothing to brag about. i tend to lose 3-4 lbs from the time i go to bed till i wakeup if there is no bathroom breaks. how do i lose 3-4 lbs while sleeping thats a lot. doesnt help thats its 90-100 degrees i guess.

-comments about the phera. honestly i dont feel any different at all. no headaches no back pumps no nothing. just slower recovery in general. My triceps are rocked from yesturdays workout as i was putting on sun lotion today and my triceps were pooped haha.

I felt Phera the 1st day, felt very good/euphoric pretty much all cycle, 5 + wks. I began to notice strength increase w/in 3 days. Get a ReliOn BP monitor from Wallyworld, and ramp up the dosage. I went as high as 50mg. Depending on BP I think 30-40mg is prob safe. I'd ramp up the Phera before I added Epistane esp if you haven't run Epistane before. 7 days into cycle I think you'd be safe at 30-40mg but monitor BP, ramp to 30 for 2-3 days monitor BP, then go to 40 if BP is ok and see if you start to see strength increase.

Complex is not necessarily better, ie Phera + Epistane. That's what I've learned from present cycle I'm on, Ergo Max LMG + Havoc + Mega TRN. Mega TRN is only one that's really agreed w/ me.

Yeah, my personal opinion is that Phera is wet. I remember even my fingers were swolen big-time, nothing like I had ever experienced. Loved the freaking strength gains, though :D

Not to hijack this log but....

I've seen logs w/ it primarily for cut. I ate 4000-5000 cals on my PP cycle, gained 10lbs, kept all, I was lean hardly any bloat. Present cycle has been Ergo Max LMG + Havoc + Mega TRN, cals @ 3000 more or less, I'm up 10-16lbs, I'm "dry" but "bloaty." Go figure.... Most people seem to feel good on Phera so I'd consider that than doing something like Superdrol where you might get dry gains but feel like sh#t. The "wetness" I think is overrated. I just felt really good on Phera which is why I got some Pheravol coming.

I think present loggers cycle should be:

wk1 20
wk2 30
wk3 30 (40)
wk4 40
wk5 ?

but then it aint me, just make sure you monitor BP.

tonight did 2+ miles outside nice slow jog. legs are feeling the run for sure it was also like a billion degrees.
came back downed 20g bcaas and cold shower bath. damn it was cold felt amazinng when i turned it warm again

-Today was day off again did some moving.
-weight before bed, before last pee or poop and protein shake is 214 (+12) clearly not muscle but whatever
-my body feels these TUT workouts its really kicking my tush, recovery has been taking longer compared to my previous workout routine
-tomm i will take 30mg PP due to it being a workout day and my split will look like

Hopefully my current cycle will give me similar results to what you're seeing. Good luck bro.

thanks for stopping by. gluck to the both of us. we are doing a similar dosage and hopefully both see some great results. im doing this all for size i dont care about strength right now. i left my ego back home and it doesnt come to the gym anymore.

weight after my workout as im typing this is 211 and todays diet was HORRIBLe spent 6 hours trying to find me a freaking suit that fit most just didnt. i aint a big guy but jesus im afraid to know how hard it is for most of you big guys to find one thats not over 300bucks. then again NYC sucks for finding stuff cheap sometimes.

workout. the weights used tonight was horrible. i forgot my notepad and forgot what to use but nonetheless what i did tonight was hard. the low cable rows was stupid and easy but very annoying and the bench work sadly was really hard :(.

-i felt actually kinda weird earlier today i forget how it felt but i didnt like it. i wanted to blame phera but it went away so who knows what it was.

-overall workout felt good. i was able to increase weight alittle on squats and still get 5reps although it was hard but not impossible.

-sldl were hard but felt greati really do SL i barely bend my knees at all not sure if this is good or bad.

-underhand cg pulldowns fried my biceps but not really my back maybe im doing it slightly wrong or something but felt good was hard

-and dips are just annoying using dbs btw your feet with no room to fully extend, must get a dip belt and powerbelt for squats and deads

Thats a lot of sets of dips man, you're gonna hurt your elbows doing that many sets.
there was a typo about howmany reps i did i had 3x9 which meant 3 sets of 9reps.

but i really did 3 sets of 6 reps with last set being 2 reps short cuz i bumped up weight to much.

doing 3 sets of dips is gonna hurt my elbows hehe? i think you read something wrong

I've taken them BOTH with and without meals...........i would just spread them out evenly..........I found epi was best RIGHT before bed and RIGHT after waking up then in the middle.

Phera, i would just spread out evenly through the day.

CONSISTENCY is KEY! :thumbsup:

-well my body felt huge and pumped from this workout. the TUTS are really killing me and hopefully encouraging my body to grow.

-lots of messups tonight still trying to find proper weight and improve weekly

-summary of PHERA so far. put on 5-8 Lbs in first week and hit a wall. i think my bodyfat is slowly dropping which hopefully implys water weight at first and maybe most muscle growth.
-no crazy strength comments to say unlike some phera logs some kids are pulling crazy PRs and stuff i dont see any real strength increase.
-side effects. i actually dont feel that good been burping a bench and stuff smells like supplements not sure what it is and throat feels alittle weird. i didnt wanna comment on this but i figured its for the best i do not intend on stopping my cycle unless something highly not advisable happens and someone picks up on it.

Yeah man, thats some nice weight gain for the first two weeks. The first time I cycled Phera it took til week three before the strength gains really exploded. Some people get it early, some late depending on how your body responds. Keep it up man.

Day 6 3/0/2/0 tempo

leg press 70percent 10reps x 4 sets x 75sec rest (2 sets high and narrow, 2sets low and wide)
front pulldowns to chest 70percent x10reps x 4sets x 75sec rest
db curls 70percent x 10reps x 3sets x 75sec rest

im gonna cry on those leg presses again they were so painfull last week oooo BABY

I don't know about you but I'd basically hit anything right now. I'm banging like a pornstar
